This well decorated second floor 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offers easy access to the pool and beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening meal on the private covered lanai..

This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates. A luxurious kitchen includes upgraded appliances (Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Cooktop and Oven, GE Plus Microwave and Dishwasher). Luxurious furnishings including Travertine tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, mahogany doors, closets, crown molding and trim, Drexel furniture, and 2 flat panel televisions with DirecTV Cable service and High-Speed Internet.

The beds proudly claim a "Heavenly Beds" logo assuring you the best possible sleep. The Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen bed, a full size dresser and night stands; a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as full size washer and dryer for in unit laundry!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

This world class resort is perfect for couples and families offering two and a half acres of tropical gardens among the Fantasy-like Pool area. Guests love lounging in the lazy river, splashing in the pool, relaxing in one of three sand bottom Jacuzzis or sliding down the two water slides. There is also a poolside Bar and Grill. All this overlooks the azure ocean.

A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for early sunrise strolls, biking and running.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Convenient access to shopping centers and all recreational activities. Restaurants and shops are right across the street, with a Starbucks, Long Drugs, and an Ice Cream Shop nearby!

Great Stay at Waipouli on Kauai

Just had a great stay with Candace and Kauai Calls at Waipouli. The condo was nice with everything you need. We love staying at this resort, beach front, central to everything, great amenities, friendly staff and restaurant on-site.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best of times. The property manager was super nice and very helpful. They were quick to respond to calls and the condo was beautiful. Very well furnished and supplied with supplies for cooking. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo in Kapaa

We had a great stay at this resort. The condo was roomy and modern and we were able to easily prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the hot tubs. It was a convenient location for visiting all areas of the island - centrally located and close to shopping, beaches, activities and the airport. Management was very responsive when we had a question. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved the full kitchen and how well stocked it was. Every morning we enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the bedroom's balcony. From the balcony there is a peek-a-boo view of the amazing hills on one side and a bit of the ocean on the other!The beach-going items were also a great plus!!! They had (2) low back Tommy Bahama chairs and a couple taller chairs and a cooler that we used everyday! We added (2) boogie boards before we left for the next group to enjoy.The location was perfect! Getting to the North and South side for different activities were quick drives. The Ross, Starbucks and Safeway across the street were convenient.We would stay there again!!!

We loved the location, pool, and ample space of this place. The bed was comfortable, and washer and dryer came in handy. We would stay there again! Only minor detail that made the end a bit crazy was the early check out of 10am, but that was my oversight. ttime of 10am

Check in and Check out process was very efficient. The condo was very clean and all items were in great condition. The property also has a great pool and the grocery store is right across the street along with a Starbucks. The unit was very close to the beach and bike/walking path that goes along the shoreline. Would definitely rent this unit again.
