Upon entering this stunning two-level beachfront accommodation, you will find yourself on the ground level consisting of one bedroom, bathroom, laundry with separate toilet, along with the large open kitchen/living/dining seamlessly leading onto the outside BBQ deck.
Upstairs there are the movie room and master bedroom with walk-through robe and ensuite both sharing an outside undercover sitting area; furthermore three bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

Experience the best of summer with a BBQ on the fully covered rear deck, just a stone's throw away from the lagoon and beach. After spending the day soaking up the sun, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower located on the property. Kayaks, surfboards, and boogie boards are available for guests to use, making it easy to enjoy a fun-filled day at the beach. For the younger guests, the garage is stocked with scooters, bikes, and skateboards, providing endless entertainment options to keep them engaged and active.

Parking
The double garage provides ample space for parking, while the driveway offers room for up to two cars with a locked gate for added security. In addition, there is also off-street parking available.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Two single mattresses can be provided; however, these are strictly for children only. If you would like to make use of these, please contact our office.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 10 guests with a max of 8 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
