Perfekt gelegen auf Phegans Bay, dieser großzügig proportionierte 4-Zimmer-Bungalow für 10 Personen, sowie ein separates Studio-Apartment für weitere 2 Personen.
Auf einer großen Uferpromenade gelegen, ist der Rückzug neu renoviert und makellos präsentiert.
"Illoura", ein Aboriginal Begriff bedeutet "angenehmer Ort" verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein Esstisch für 12 Personen und 3 moderne Bäder, mit 1 mit einem großen Bad.
Der offene Wohnbereich fließt durch große zweifache Türen zum Außendeck mit Blick auf Phegans Bay.
Die vorderen und hinteren Höfe sind komplett eingezäunt, ideal für die Sicherheit von Kindern sowie Ihre vierbeinigen Freunde.
Illoura hat eine private Anlegestelle, die ideal zum Angeln oder zur Sicherung Ihres Bootes ist und die Bootsrampe ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt.

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here as a family of adults and had an amazing time. Being a short trip from Sydney to maximise our break time, it still feels very removed from the city and surrounds. The spaces and yard were wonderful for spending time in, and the water views and access were perfect!

Perfect For Us

The perfect place for us all to spend some quality time together. My kids are now all adults and have partners, which means that there are ten of us when we all get together. Illoura had the ultimate versatility where we could all congregate in the kitchen/dining/lounge area but also have separate areas such as the deck, the jetty and the separate studio. It is close to everywhere we wanted to go but was also so relaxing that we didn't want to go anywhere. I imagine it would be a great summer place but for us in mid winter it was equally amazing. Everything was there that we needed, and all clean and comfortable.

Wedding Weekend

Booked this lovely big house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding as we had family over from England and wanted to spend as much time together as possible, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Spacious, well equipped and a view to die for. Perfect location with evertyhing you need close by. Made this soecial occasion even more memorable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Relaxing getaway

We needed a house big enough to fit us all and this house did not disappoint.. plenty of beds for everyone. The main area of the house was just gorgeous , super spacious and bifolds opening onto a huge deck that led down to the private jetty. A beautiful place to relax

Illoura on the Bay is a relaxing hideaway. We loved getting out on the water in kayaks and sitting on the deck to watch the light change over the bay. House is comfortably appointed. We loved being able to take our four-footed friends with us. We'll be back!

Had a lovely weekend get away, to a great spot. House was spacious, clean and the views fabulous. The whole booking in process was seemless and easy. Wonderful realxing holiday with a water view

The house was fantastic. Great location for us. It was very clean spacious and inviting. We are a family group that likes to cook and eat together. The kitchen was great and very well provisioned. There was a huge table to eat at that sat 12 easily and enough room to put food in the middle. The view from the lounge/ kitchen and verandah was just lovely. We'll be back
