We do offer a starter kit for all our guests, which includes one toilet paper roll per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a dishwashing tab, a sponge, garbage bag, and one laundry detergent pod. Since our homes are self-catering, guests are responsible for replenishing these items if they run out. We hope to see you return in the near future! Best Wishes, MVH

The parking passes are handled directly by the resort’s security team, and while your reservation was approved, we understand how frustrating it must have been to experience delays in receiving them. Regarding the pool, we sincerely apologize it was not in the condition you expected upon arrival. Our pools are serviced regularly, but it’s clear this was not up to standard and we regret that it impacted your family’s ability to fully enjoy your stay.
