The house was very clean. The neighborhood was nice. Loved the pool & hot tub, unfortunately the weather was cooler while we were there and couldn’t get the pool temp up. The pillows on the bed were yellowed and old, kind of gross. The bunk bed room could use a mirror.Otherwise great place to stay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy. The house was clean, beds were comfy! The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, utensils needed for in house meals. There were some minor issues that took away from the stay. Neither microwave was functioning as expected; one didn’t work at all, the second only worked on one button to reheat. The pool and hot tub did not reach the temperature they were set for in the notes; according to the thermometer there. We never saw the pool pump working during our stay, except for the morning we left. We own both a hot tub and pool, so we were expecting better with those amenities.

My husband and I stayed at this property and really enjoyed it! The house was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool and spa. The neighborhood was very quiet and super easy to get to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring break

We had an amazing stay for spring break! Everything was wonderful. We saw aloy of wildlife in the canal which was exciting. The teenagers loved the pool and the hot tub was perfect for my husband and myself. Would definitely stay again.

This house was fantastic. My family and I enjoyed the amenities as well as the location of the house. We were close to restaurants and shopping. We traveled to Fort Myers to go to Key West and the house location to Fort Myers was great. We would not hesitate to stay in this house again.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. House was perfectly located for our trip with easy access to FortMyers. Plenty of room in this house, had everything we needed. The back lanai was perfect with nice big pool ( heated) and hot tub… nice to be right on canal! Close to restaurants and shopping! Enjoyed our relaxing one week stay here! House was very clean on arrival!

We couldn’t have been happier with this home! It is exactly as pictured. We didn’t want to leave! The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and extremely well maintained. It was a great house. If I had to complain about anything it was the fact that we couldn’t get the hot tub to work properly. Also you need a pair of grilling tongs in that kitchen. We had a great time! I would recommend this house to anyone.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We only had minor issues. The grill needs cleaning' when is was lit their was a lot of smoke, it set off the smoke alarm inside. The fan in the master bed room does not work. Otherwise great stay

Overall, good

The house was nice. I do have a couple of small issues. First, there were no directions on how or where the hot tub controller was. I called the manager and they returned my call right away. We turned the hot tub to 104 degrees. It never got above 97. The other thing was that all of our hand soap was water.

We stayed February 2025 for four nights. It was warm and we were told air couldn’t be turned down below 75 House was warm and it was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. The hot tub never got hot. The kitchen could use a re-do on stocking dishes and silverware and we were given only one kitchen towel for linens for the entire stay. There were plenty beach towels and a few swim toys and beach toys which was nice. The king and queen beds were very comfortable but the twin bunk beds were atrocious - even for kids!!Our stay, in general, was just okay. A longer stay, or warmer Florida weather, might have become uncomfortable.

Ok when pressed for time.

The property manager was great. Very responsive when I called. Which was often. The ice maker was not working and we shut it off and defrosted it. The dish washer was smelling and we cleaned every part we could and ran the sanitation cycle to get rid of excess grease. It then leaked around the door. There were no wash clothes and only one dish towel. Buying towels and doing home chores was not what we wanted on vacation. As others have stated there is a sign asking that the air conditioning unit not go lower than 75. It was winter so not a big deal, but this is unreasonable. Other than the above the house was clean but fixtures and appliances seemed in need of an upgrade. Beds were comfortable and linens clean.

Overall good experience

The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was equipped with adequate supplies. Towels were provided even beach towels. The microwave above the stove was not working, but there was one on the kitchen counter that worked. when we first got there we noticed the icemaker in the refrigerator was not working so we had to buy ice for the whole week. Juvi did send someone to look at it but was not fixed during our stay. Two of the three blinds going out to the pool area were not working. The hot tub had no jets (was told it was a soaking hot tub?)and the pool water was very cold even though it was supposedly heated. So we really couldn’t swim. Overall though our family enjoyed our stay and the house was in a very convenient location.

This house was absolutely perfect. It fit our needs exactly as stated on the app.The pool was great and we were able to fish on the canal by walking down a short way.The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had enough kitchenware to make cooking there easy.We would definitely rent this house again, the next time we are in the Cape Coral area.
