Diese wunderliche Einheit hat ein neues England nautisches Gefühl auf den ersten zwei Ebenen mit dem blauen und weißen Dekor. In der Gäste-Suite im dritten Stock gibt es ein hawaiianisches Ambiente mit Grashalmen auf den Betten. Außengrill Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für sechs Personen mit einem Queensize-Bett, 2 Einzelbetten, die in ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa umgewandelt werden können. 3TV's und DVD. Dieses 3-stöckige Stadthaus im Bostoner Stil befindet sich in der historischen Ziegelgießerei in der Truman Annex Community. Es ist nur 2 Blocks von der Duval St und 1/4 Meile vom Fort Zachary Taylor State Park und dem Strand entfernt. Great Place!

Loved everything about our stay in Key West Truman 10 including the shower! If I have to say something negative, I guess it would be the master bed. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Great Location

We had a fantastic time. Great location to beach, downtown, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Thanks for the use of the beach towels (I washed them and put them back in the basket). Just wish there was a Keurig for my morning coffee. Thanks.

Great location but uncomfortable beds and furniture

Loved the location and very nice design. We found the casual seating and beds to be uncomfortable. Beds were too soft and sank in the middle. The sofa had bedroom pillows for the back cushions. Would be more comfortable w actual foam sofa cushions.

Wonderful Location when staying in Key West.

We absolutely loved our condo and location. The condo had everything we needed including a small courtyard which was nice. The condo itself was clean and comfortable but just to let everyone know this is a 3-story condo so be prepared to walk stairs. The only negative I can say is the bed on the 3rd floor is not great but not horrible either. Everything else was perfect. We walked everywhere as you can be in Mallory Square 5 min walk, Duval St. 7-10 min walk, Truman Waterfront Park 5 min. The Truman Annex in itself is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. Compass Reality was very accommodating and extremely easy to deal with as well. I would highly recommend them.

Love Truman Annex

We love the location of Truman Annex. The condo we stayed in has a lot to offer, but it needs some updating. The air conditioner is on its way out. It worked well enough to get us through the week, but it’s going out. I emailed and called about it, but no one responded to either. This is a great condo and I would stay there again. The management company needs to take care of the guests that stay there though. If they say, “please contact us with any concerns,” then they need to address those concerns.

Reviewer Comments: I hesitate to give a review due to the nature of recovering from the pandemic and the fact that they were so busy, but they survey was sent to me a couple of times. The property was not as seen in the pictures. It showed 2 twin beds but was put together as a king and this was a big deal to have switched to 2 twin beds. The biggest problem was it was not very clean, but management made it right for us. Also, we were unable to get a key to the bathroom pool house. We were told it was in the unit, but none of the keys would work. We contacted them several times, but no key for the week. The location is ideal, but I would rather walk/bike farther for something clean.

Management did great job on pre-arrival info and logistics and returning calls. We have stayed in Foundry before but in much better maintained apartments.
