Summer visit

The house was very comfortable, but the pool was the star for our granddaughter! She practically lived in the pool! We will definitely book again next summer.

Good location for the Masters tourney. Everything was clean. Beds were in good shape. Really no complaints. Close to good restaurants. Would use again.

The house was good, great location, responsive contact person. There were more supplies than most (I.e. coffee). However there were some things that need to be fixed (railing, grill, outdoor heat). Outdoor patio furniture needs replacing. Also if a pool is pictured, can you say when it opens and when it closes?

Looks are deceiving

This place was not clean, the place was totally run down. These pics had to have been taken when they 1st advertised the house. The pool is disgusting. The house has not been properly cleaned in ages

I thought the property was poorly maintained the first night the showerhead fell off .no shade, anywhere near the pool. The deck was in terrible condition. The only thing good outside was the pool. The inside was OK do not feel like it was worth what I ended up paying for it.

The house was clean. I can say that. Pool was unkept, walls, trim were very dirty. Paint job was from a kindergarten child. Towel/toilet paper fixtures barely hanging on. Your place needs some help. It was sufficient, but never again.

Neighborhood was pleasant, home was ok, pictures did not show all. Inside the kitchen cabinets were disgusting and had a very powerful Raid spell, dishes in the cabinets had food residue on them, there was food droppings inside the fridge and kitchen sponge and sink had food on it, grill on porch was rusted and unusable, there were german roaches in kitchen and black spincher bugs throughout the house. Backporch had many lose and uneven boards/ raised screws, lots of cigarette butts in various places. The only cleaning items were for a car. Ended up having to buy cookware and a grill to cook the food I brought. Overall cleanliness of house/yard was subpar. Have plenty of pictures to share. Uploading the limit that allows

Kinda gross and run down.

The house had so much potential and a great location. Everything was dirty and run down. Walls were gross. Counters where’re clean. Blinds and railings were broken. Only redeeming quality was the mattresses were sorta firm and the pillows weren’t awful. Hosts didn’t bother to answer questions before our check in. No chance I would stay again.

The house was nice, the customer service representative responded quickly. There were more supplies than most places (like coffee). The house was in a great location. However, some things need fixing and updating. Also if a pool is pictured, it should say when it opens and closes. If it says grill, it shouldn’t be all rusty and quit halfway through the process. The outdoor heaters should stay on. The railings should be secure. The bag chairs shouldn’t rip when you sit on them.

Total dump - pool closed!

Total disappointment! I booked this house because of the pool and it was closed. The pool was empty and the backyard was roped off with construction tape. The house appeared to be under construction, half painted walls missing baseboard and crown molding. The printer was out of ink, the beds had no top sheet and were hard as rocks. Everything in it looked like it was found at a second hand store. Counter tops filthy and drawers had clothing in it. The manager was totally unresponsive when asking to check in early.

Disappointing stay

This property was not as advertised. The pool was not usable - it hadn't been cleaned in months. The grill was rusted out. The patio furniture had mold on it. We expressed our concerns to the owner who did not work with us. We called the agency and sent pictures which they agreed the property was not as advertised and they could not get the owner to work with them so a partial refund was issued. Very disappointing.

Recent Stay Martinez, Ga.

Good Morning My recent stay in Martinez, Ga. was my first with VRBO and was disappointed with the property as it was not as advertised for the following reasons. Need to check the pictures on the site, did not match reality. 1) lawn maintenance was being done upon arrival and very loudly i must say. 2) The cleanliness of the accommodations was substandard. The counters were not wiped down, the dishes were not clean, the furniture had not been dusted (write my name in spots). As for the bathrooms they all had to be wiped down especially the toilets, a visible dirty look on them. 3) The pool was not available it was. This was one of the reasons o booked as the kids enjoy the water. It had yellow tape across the entrance, dirty, pool area was off limits. no chairs on the deck area except for a wicker thing that we were afraid to sit in due to falling thru. The grill would not light. I would not recommend this location to anybody. I do have a second reservation in August hopefully this will be a better experience. This was my first stay with VRBO and at this point am really disappointed. I believe I am due a credit as it was not as advertised. Please advise me Robert Rochette
