Mulberry Cottage is a peaceful retreat, private 400 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 Bathroom cottage, with full kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pasture and trees.

This cottage is one of the 3 cottages on our 16 acres property. Walk out from the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of private property including a private stocked fishing pond, ready for you to fish or just enjoy the view. The open pasture is a perfect location for flying kites or drones. Just minutes from a super Kroger, Walmart, LongHorn Steakhouse, Applebee’s, Diablo, Alde’s, Fiveguys and many other restaurants.
Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.

We strictly adhere to our cancelation policy. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

We do have a private fishing pond on the property for our guests only. But Recently the water has gotten muddy due to rain and construction in the neighboring property. We are waiting for it to settle again and clear. The pond is stocked with bass and bream. Guests may bring fishing poles and enjoy fishing, but we can't guarantee that the guests will catch fish. Many wild deer are visiting our 16 acre property in the evenings and early mornings. They graze and roam around. They come and go as they wish. A variety of birds such as Blue jays, Cardinals, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, Woodpeckers... nested in our wooded areas in the property that we enjoy watching and listening to.

This cottage is perfect for a get away with a lot of privacy and peaceful retreat. Pet owners love this cottage.
The 16 Acres property has a lot of open spaces to roam around. Owners are living in the main house with a fence around it.

Due to labilities, the pool it is not available to the guests staying in this Vacation Short Term Rental.
The owners' fenced pool is away from the cottage and it is locked. It has 7 feet tall fence and can only be accessed via owners' fenced yard . The fenced pool is only for owners use.

Wild life is present in this property (no hunting is allowed)

Our private fishing pond is on the South West corner of the property. See the Arial view picture to locate the fishing pond. You may fish in the pond, just bring your fishing equipment.
Watch for wild life around the pond and no swimming is allowed in the fishing pond.

For health reasons, dogs are not allowed to swim in fishing pond or drink from it (please see the Arial picture of the property for the fishing pond location). The property is not fully fenced therefore dogs must be on leash when they are outside.

Our maximum length of stay is 3 weeks. All inquiries for longer than 3 weeks will be declined.
All payments must be submitted and processed via this platform. We do not accept personal checks, cashier checks or company checks.
