Welcome to our beautiful beach side home located in "old Halls Head" , in a quiet area. It is ideally situated close to the beach (4 min walk) to enjoy swimming, fishing and all other aquatic activities to create the perfect family getaway.
Enjoy the serene sunsets also from the rear upstairs balcony or stroll down to the beach which is only 350mtrs away (4 min WALK).

Our home is ideally suited to families with kids young and old. you can lounge by our gorgeous sparkling sapphire pool or enjoy many of the other amenities our homes offers.

Endless family friendly activities to keep you entertained during your stay, including but not limited to:
o Upstairs AND downstairs living rooms TVs with surround sound systems and Google chromecast
o Gas BBQ in undercover patio area.
o Indoor or outdoor dining for family meals
o Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets on the upstairs balcony.
o Games and puzzles for family fun.
o Harman and Kardon portable blue tooth speaker.

PETS - House is pet friendly. Your beloved pet (Dog only) is allowed, but a $75 fee will be charged. Your pet will need to remain downstairs, and not allowed on furniture. If additional cleaning is required to remove odours and/or stains, cost will be deducted from the bond.

Dear Faiyaz, Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave a review. Your booking was made at short notice on the day previous guests checked out. The full turnover was completed within 24 hours, to accommodated your request for an early check-in. Despite the limited preparation time, the property was cleaned, serviced, and presented to our usual high standard, which you later acknowledged and thanked me. Following your departure, you did not raise any issues with cleaning. The booking was for 7 guests; however, photographic and video evidence showed a significantly higher number of occupants, as well as two undeclared dogs. Evidence also indicated that a birthday gathering was held at the property, contrary to our clearly stated no-events policy. During the stay, I received a noise complaint from a neighbour at 4:36 am regarding loud music and disturbance, and I contacted you to address the issue immediately. After checkout, the property required substantial additional cleaning and restoration due to pet urine and faeces odour and stains, other spillage stains, grease, wax residue, and other damage. The remediation work exceeded $2,500 and resulted in the loss of a subsequent verifiable booking opportunity. These issues were reported to VRBO, supported by 54 photos and videos. Following their review, VRBO retained the security bond.

Another great stay at this property. Kids had a great time in the pool which was nice clean and warm, house overall was clean and set up with Easter decor. Phil was very accommodating allowing us to bring our dogs and great communication. I’m sure we’ll be back for a third stay

We had a great time staying here. My parents were visiting from Scotland and it was the perfect little get away with them and the kids. Great pool, nice and close to the beach and walking distance to one of the giants.We will definitely be back!

Great family getaway

Such a great house with lots of space to spread out and amazingly well equipped. Pool was amazing, beds so comfortable and location perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend.

Ambience, Location 🙌

This is our 2nd stay at this amazing beach house. A homely warming house, very well laid out. Plenty of room for all ages to relax and unwind. All amenities and a short stroll to the beach.

Girls getaway

The property was very well looked after. Phil the host was super. Very helpful and really looked out for us.The house feels like home, was clean and we had a really good time.After checking out we noticed a few missing items and they got delivered the next day.that's what we call super service.We will be back.

Brilliant from the moment we arrived till we left. Anything you could wish for was provided. Thanks for having us and our puppy who was disappointed to be leaving. Our staycation that is truly memorable and unforgettable

First of all I want to thank Phil for being the best host that I've encountered. He is very responsive and accommodating. He also got a surprised for my son's birthday, such a thoughtful and very considerate host indeed. The place is superb, even my family and friends loved it. The location is very close to the beach and shopping center which is very convenient. The house is fully equipped with all the things we need. The pool is so nice at night. And ofcourse the spa bath is truly relaxing and my son loves it so much. It it such a wonderful stay and we'll definitely want to come back soon.
