If you are looking for an adorable beach front rental, this is the rental for you! The charming nautically decorated space will provide all amenities for a memorable vacation. Enjoy time shopping, eating, and seeing the sights of downtown Provincetown all only moments from this perfectly located beach front condo! A short walk down the boardwalk leads you to your private Cape Cod Bay beach directly in front of this second floor condo. Be sure to partake in a whale watching adventure, a sunset beach dune tour, or climb the historic Provincetown Monument. The open kitchen and family room with 30" TV opens to a deck with views of the beach and Cape Cod Bay. Two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with two twin beds) share a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the property. Enjoy the cold water filtration system provided to keep you hydrated! Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive days. BOOK NOW! Peaceful!

This condo was perfect for us. We could t beat the location and enjoyed the quiet of Truro while having access to the restaurants and shopping of Ptown. We had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

Cute place with everything you need! The decorations made it! Easy access to the beach. Helpful hints, in addition to beach towels & bedding, make sure you bring bath towels & dish towels! The only other thing would be outing the parking passes on the table with the information book! We hope to say there again!

No Towels, Sheets, or Toiletries

My friends and I enjoyed our stay on Cape Cod but will not be booking these accommodations again. While everything was clean and the location was nice, the customer service experience was severely lacking. There are no towels, bed sheets, or toiletries provided here. Not even a hand towel or top sheet for the bed.Upon asking about this, we were informed that these were items you had to rent from a separate linens company. So after paying for your accommodations (which includes a cleaning fee) you still are out more money if you want a towel to use after you shower. Ridiculous. This was supposedly in the booking information but no doubt in fine print. Stay somewhere else where you're not expected to operate on an "honor system" when it comes to paper towel usage.

To clarify for future guests: Our listings clearly state that linens and towels are not included and must be brought or rented separately—a standard practice across many Cape Cod vacation homes. This information is not hidden in fine print. In fact, we send multiple reminders via email and text leading up to your stay: 3 weeks, 2 weeks, and then 1 week. These communications include clear instructions and options for linen rentals. You reached out upon arrival, and our team responded promptly. However, there were no follow-up concerns or reports during your stay, and you left the property in great condition—thank you for that. We always strive to provide clear, proactive communication and support, and many guests note that we actually send too much information ahead of arrival. We understand not every vacation setup is for everyone, but we do hope you’re able to find accommodations that better align with your preferences in the future.
