Diese Wohnung im zweiten Stock ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett) und ein Badezimmer mit Fliesen- und Glasduschtür. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Sofa und einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV. Das Gerät bietet kostenloses WLAN, Fenster-Klimaanlagen und Deckenventilatoren. Esstisch für 4 Personen. Central Location

Lovely apartment on the East end of town. Walking distance from all the restaurants, shops and attractions. Lovely coastal decor and thoughtfully appointed. I’m already planning my return in the autumn. Highly recommended.

Best location, great place!

You really can’t beat the location of this little place. Awesome beach access, close to town and next door to coffee! The condo was cute, clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and well sized. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and had no problems. We also loved having a grill available. I’d definitely recommend and would stay again!

Prime location and amazing deck

A clean and modern property in a Prime PTown location with access to a common deck and beach with tremendous views. A nice combination of owners and renters onsite, all friendly and helpful. Parking is tight as advertised, so large SUVs will not work. Thank you for a great stay.

Adorable two bedroom with an amazing deck on the harbor

We loved our visit to this adorable two bedroom condo. The condo is simple but has everything you need. You cannot beat the view of the harbor from the shared deck out back. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck with our friends. The east end location couldn’t be more perfect. A close walk to everything but still very quiet. Marea is a wonderful Host. I highly recommend this condo!!

Has a blast at Marea’s condo. Location was perfect. We enjoyed days at the bay and nights on Commerical St or at the waterfront patio. Great communication from owner. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in P-town and the condo could not have been better situated. We had everything we needed and the owner was lovely and very responsive to any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great location and quaint accommodations.

Bull Ring Wharf

A perfect place to stay when visiting Provincetown MA. Close to center of activity but away enough for quiet time on the beach too. The 2BR was perfect. Living room spacious, bathroom clean and galley kitchen the right size for a short stay. Cannot wait to book this condo again!!

In the heart of it all

This condo is in a great location towards the east end of PTown and with a nice stretch of beach right at the end of the property. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked. It's a small space, so great if you're going to be out and about a lot.

Great location

Propert was a cute little apartment but didnt seemed cramped at all with 3 people. I had an issue with the key box putting it back to its spot but our host contacted me back within minutes but i had already realized my issue. It was hard to tell by the description whether it was an actual water front apartment which it wasnt but still had views of the water and water front property with a nice deck. The bathroom although small was very well laid out with a great shower. We had a great time during our stay and plan to revisit and hope to rent in the same building that this rental is in. Overall we were very happy.

Overall the apartment was nice, great location. Marea was excellent to work with and very responsive. As someone had mentioned, there are two sets of steps that may be difficult for those with a mobility issue but nothing daunting. The place was clean and read for us on arrival. The only " complaint/suggestion I have is that one of the mattresses should probably be replaced.

Fabulous two bedroom with a beautiful view

Clean, spacious 2 bedroom right on Commercial street. It is a perfect East end location in that it is close to everything, but out of the fray of all the people. The kitchen is small (but adorable ) and has everything you need. The living space and bedrooms have plenty of room. There is a wonderful shared deck behind the property with amazing views of the harbor, and all of the other guests were very friendly. The parking spaces are tight as mentioned. We have a grand Cherokee that just fit. Marea responded quickly to any questions we had. We feel so lucky to have discovered this gem after staying in Provincetown for many years.

Wired Puppy cafe was next door!

And the beach was in the back! We had two little ones so being close to places with coffee and close proximity to views of ocean and action were wonderful so we could enjoy all that Ptown had to offer. On-site parking was great!

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!

What a great place! Our stay was in late June 2023, and we had four 55+ adults. We come to Provincetown every summer, but we have usually stayed closer to the West End. This location was wonderful and being right at the ocean/beach was fantastic! We got to explore and discover some places we have never been to on any of our previous trips. Parking is tight, but that's true everywhere in Provincetown. We had two vehicles and parked the second vehicle in a private lot just a few doors east of the unit on Commercial St. at a reasonable/typical overnight rate. The unit was absolutely perfect for four people, and it had everything we needed. It was very clean and everything was in full operational order. There were plenty of supplies such as toilet paper, coffee pods, and paper towels, etc. for our stay (we didn't use any of these items as we brought our own, but the unit was well-stocked). The owner, Marea, was helpful and highly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had a few last-minute question on the morning of departure related to things we needed to do for check-out, and Marea responded right away. Note: There are quite a few stairs to get up to the unit. This was not an issue for us, but folks who have limited mobility may just want to be aware prior to booking. We would not hesitate to rent this same unit again, and I would rate it and the owner 10/10!
