Expansive spaces and a superb location are the name of the game with this 3 BR property. Relax on sun loungers on the outdoor area, watching the comings and goings on the canal and soak up that waterside atmosphere. Three large bedrooms, a study, generous living areas and gorgeous water views combine to offer a terrific holiday home. Only 20 minutes from the relaxed and pretty foreshore and stunning local beaches, this is a dream holiday destination.

It’s amazing how relaxing space can be. This one takes it to a whole new level with every room a generous size. With a stunning canal outlook and a terrific outdoor space, combined with well-appointed interiors, this home certainly delivers.
The main living area is centered around the wonderful water just outside the door. Full-width sliding glass doors frame the canal, and the outdoor space is set up for cooking, eating and relaxing. Cast your line off the private jetty and perhaps catch some dinner! With a pizza oven and BBQ, seating for 8 and sun loungers, you’ll likely live most of your holiday out here!
Inside the kitchen is very well-equipped with high end appliances and plenty of space, including a breakfast bar with stools. There is a dining suite for 6 should you choose to eat inside and the comfortable leather lounges and TV will be a perfect spot to retire to at the end of your day.
The bedrooms are extremely generous spaces, conducive to a good night’s sleep! Tastefully decorated and with all linen provided, you’ll feel right at home. The bathrooms are equally expansive, one being an ensuite to the master King bedroom and the other shared by the remaining two bedrooms, one of which houses a Queen & Double bed and the other has a Queen and a Single. Large windows ensure plenty of light and there is reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge, each bedroom and ceiling fans. Should you need further sleeping space for children, there is an additional fold out single mattress and a fold out double bed in the lounge if needed.
There is also a large study, WiFi, a fully equipped laundry, a double garage and a kayak for you to use off the private jetty. What more could you ask for?
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
The area is a nature lover’s dream. The Peel estuary is famous for its bird life, and local nature walks draw visitors from miles around. Enjoy walking, cycle, bird watching and scooping for the famous local Blue Manna crabs. There are local boat ramps should you wish to explore the waterways alongside friendly dolphins and pelicans.
The beaches along the coastline from Avalon Beach up to Singleton Beach are all stunning and well worth exploring, providing a host of activities from swimming and surfing to scuba diving and stand-up paddle boarding.
Locally there are plenty of places to entertain you, from an adventure playground, Ranger Red’s Zoo and Amaze Miniature Park for the children to the historic Cooper’s Mill and the local Pinjarra Golf Course.
There are a multitude of eateries such as the local Sandy Cove Tavern and Jetty’s Bar and Grill but venture a little further into Mandurah and you’ll find a range of cafes and restaurants, many on the harbour and well worth a visit.
It really is a delightful place for a holiday and when you come back each day from your adventures, what better place to kick back and relax than Hakuna Matata. Enjoy!
DOGS & PETS We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. - No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking. - No smoking anywhere inside the property - Report any breakages or damage - Check-out by your agreed time - Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm - Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. - The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Nice break away
It is a lovely home, with plenty of space for our 2 families. It is a great location on the canals, where kids can use the kayaks and paddle boards. Fishing off the jetty was great with Dolphins passing by frequently. A nice break away from the city.

Great family getaway with young kids
The property was great! Private jetty for our boat.
Friendly neighbours, great large bedrooms. Only down fall was there was only 2 petastall fans and aircon in living room, we where lucky it was only 30 degrees and got a great breeze at night otherwise it would had not been comfortable. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

71 Kiap Road South Yunderup
The location, the booking process and the house were amazing. Our hope of a peaceful, tranquil Easter with lie ins was ruined by the next door neighbours visitors! 4 children arrived on Good Friday and completely ruined our not cheap break. Running up and down the side of the house (near the bedrooms from 7.15am, constant screaming with no attempt by an adult to stop them or consider us or other neighbours. Even inside the house with the doors closed and the TV turned up, we could not enjoy a movie in peace. Our experience was completely ruined. This was our 5th stay in South Yunderup at a Stayz location and was the only one that wasn’t amazing. On Sunday after lunch, the owner apologised, we thanked them for recognising what we had to put up with, but we had to tell them that we hadn’t once heard and adult ask them to stop. They also tried to run through this property through the gate near the jetty, I made it very clear that wasn’t going to happen! I would suggest as a result we will choose not to return to this location and that is sad for us and the owner.
