A beautiful, modern vacation awaits you and your family when you make Bear Paw Place home base! Enjoy the wonders of Angel Fire, New Mexico with nearby skiing and activities, and an in home pool table to really keep everyone entertained. Surrounded by forest and mountain views, this home is a wonderful place for group gatherings on the balcony or around the wood-burning fireplace after a day of hiking, skiing, mountain biking or golf nearby.



The Space:

The middle level of the home will be the hub for entertaining with an open layout featuring a comfortable living area, the full kitchen, a dining area, and plenty of seating for the whole gang. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on this level. The kiddos will love heading down to the lower level, as the bunk room has a flatscreen TV and bathroom to give the younger guests their own space. The upper level features the master bedroom and bathroom and loft area where the pool table is located! With so much room to spread out, everyone will find their own piece of paradise in no time.



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host.

If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
