Welcome to The Landing Pad – 69B Lower Greenway, Carlton Landing.

Located in the picturesque community of Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula, The Landing Pad was built in 2022 and offers sleeping accommodations for ten with two master bedrooms with king beds that include private bathrooms, a bunk room that includes two queens and two twins with its own bathroom, a large front porch, and an inviting outdoor sitting area. It is nestled between two community pools, Tower Court Pool and Boardwalk Pool, and a close walk to Pistache Park and Bocce Ball Park.

This property was chosen to be centrally located to many community amenities as Carlton Landing grows. First, it is located between two community pools, Tower Court Pool, and Boardwalk Pool which includes a hot tub. Second, there are two parks within steps of the property - Pistache Park with swings, hammocks, and a fire pit; and Bocce Ball Park where the family can enjoy games such as ping pong and bocce ball. There are several other community parks within walking distance. Other community amenities include the Event Lawn, Pop-Up Shops, swim beach, tennis and basketball courts, and nature trails. Community restaurants and businesses include the Meeting House, Mama Tig’s, The Pantry, Lake Days, and a variety of food trucks.

When you first see The Landing Pad, you will be greeted by a large front porch and an additional paved outdoor sitting area. The porch is perfect for your morning coffee or evening dinner. The covered porch is great for escaping the sun during hot summer days, and cozying up on the couches with a beverage in hand for conversation. The outdoor sitting area is paved and includes Adirondack chairs.

Once you step inside, the main floor includes a living room, a kitchen with a large island, and a dining area. Designed as an open concept, these areas together include large windows to let the natural sunlight in. The living room includes a TV that can be seen throughout so you can entertain for football games or movie night. The kitchen has a large island that also accommodates four counter stools and a separate coffee bar to the side. The dining area is located on the west and offers sunset views. Also located on the main floor are a powder bath and laundry room.

Located on the first floor is the master bedroom that includes cathedral ceilings, a king bed, and a private bathroom. Walk upstairs and you will find a second master bedroom and the bunk room. The upper stairs master bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom. The bunk room includes custom built in bunks with two queens on the lower and two twins on the upper. A bathroom across the hall serves the bunk room. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

Landing Pad has 1 guest parking space, closest to the property's front door. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
