Dieses Haus hat Platz für alle. Beginnend mit einem Open-Floor-Konzept kann die ganze Familie gemeinsam kochen und zu Abend essen, während andere vor dem Fernseher in der Nähe entspannen. Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect location for a getaway with family. The house was clean, stocked with everything we need and had very comfortable beds! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great property, great area

Great people to work with. House was a 10. Well stocked, very comfortable, perfection. Location is a 10. Very easy short walk to beach, pools, food trucks and coffee shop. I am 70 so when I say easy I mean easy.

Beautiful home for family vacation

My extended family and I went for a getaway. This is such a beautiful home and is laid out perfectly. I will say, it’s a nice, bright, airy house. Most of the curtains are more on the sheer side. Just something to make note of if you’re traveling with little kids who need dark rooms to sleep. We had one question throughout our stay and the property managers got back to us really quick. In regards to Carlton Landing, I wish we would have come at the end of the week into the weekend. It’s definitely a weekend town so a lot of the shops/restaurants weren’t open during our stay. We had a great time taking the kids to the pools, though!

The location was perfect, as it was kind of a rainy weekend... so we could be out at the shops/lawn and easily head home when the rain started. The only down side was we had issues with hot water. There were 7 of us staying in the home and when 2 people showered at the same time, one didn’t get hot water (usually the person upstairs). They did attempt to come out and fix, but said they couldn’t find anything wrong. That was a little disappointing, as cold showers are never fun! Overall we had a wonderful stay and the home was just as pictured.

The location in Carlton landing is great - a very close walk to the pool, beach, boat dock, and pizza place. The house had almost everything we needed to cook meals for our 6 adults and 3 young children. The house was in very nice condition, furniture was great, beds were comfortable. Recommendation for improvement - many of the windows had either thin or no drapes which meant a lot of light coming into bedrooms. The lack of a grill was inconvenient- the community grill was just a short walk but did not heat very fast and there was a line to use. Otherwise we thought the house was excellent.
