This fully furnished studio apartment, located behind the main home, features a separate entrance from the main house with a keypad deadbolt to make coming and going easy on guests. As you walk in, you will be greeted by a fully furnished living, kitchen, and dining area. In here you will find a new sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed.

The kitchen area has a fridge, stove and oven, a small dining table, and all the items that you'd need to make your own meals or enjoy any of the local restaurants located within walking distance on this location.

Through the door next to the kitchen, you'll find the laundry area and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Only 1 pet allowed at this property.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

Peaceful Place is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood. Located within walking distance to local Coffee Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and one block from a bus stop making this convenient to surrounding amenities. The South side of Texas Tech Campus is less than one mile (10 blocks) away.

Peaceful Place is located close to everything. Main roads University and 19th Street are nearby, as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located one block west on 26th and Boston. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

A single pet is allowed in this property but please let us know ahead of time.

- No smoking inside the property No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
