Great Pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fabulous pool is the highlight and truly the reason for the higher rating. We didn't need to heat it in Sept. There was blonde pet hair (a lot) on sofa in formal living room and dog poop around the pool. Pool was dirty but 2 days in we had netted most of the debris, scraped the buildup off the sides, brushed the dirt from bottom and found the clean out for the filter-all was good after that. (Pool guy comes Thursdays) Small pool deck and no yard so not suitable for larger groups. Ice maker made ice but wouldn't dispense even after defrosting and staring over. Fan in main bath doesn't work. House could use more kitchen essentials (meal prep, serving, dish clothes and towels). This is not meant to be a bad review. In the end the house has nice furnishings & fine for what we wanted out of it (the pool). To be fair, it is a rental, so perfection is not expected. Cleanliness is though :)

The location was easy to get to, near grocery, stores, dining. Wes communicated well. The house was clean and well stocked. It was too cool to use the pool, it's not heated, but a pretty setting in the backyard.

What a wonderful stay at this North Scottsdale (Pinnacle Peak) home. The property was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, gated community, perfect for couples. The location was also incredibly convenient. It was a short drive to the Celebrity Theatre, where event parking was only 10, and about an hour and 45 minutes from the Sedona Red Rocks.A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better: replacing the light bulb in the primary suite bathroom (mirror/toilet area) and updating the shower hardware in the primary bath. Adding a hairdryer would also be appreciated. Basic cable only, thankfully we had a firestick. Overall, a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely book again.

Perfect stay

The house was beautiful and had everything we could want for our 4 day stay. We loved it and would defiantly stay again. The best part was the pool! It was perfect and where we spent a big chunk of our time.

Great Stay

Our group of three stayed four nights. The location is very good. Shopping is just down the street and access to the major highways is close. Back yard is a great place to relax. We cooked out to nights.

Lovely Home; Great Location

We stayed at the house during our last two weeks of home renovation and the location and neighborhood were lovely. The outdoor area of the home is lovely and having two living spaces was perfect. Overall, we would recommend this home - just lovely.

It was perfect

The only time we’ve ever been met at the door by a property manager to greet us. The home was even better than we expected for our first out of state VRBO experience. The property manager, Wes was great with communication and helpful.

Convenient location, roomy accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and was plenty of comfortable space. Loved the family room plus sunny living room w/dining, and beds were very comfortable. Outdoor space is nice w/firepit but a bit small pool decking w/unheated pool as described, but was fine for our needs! Loved the location convenient to all N. Scottsdale has to offer, and we enjoyed our daily short walk to Starbuck's and strip mall a block away. Property Manager was super accessible and responsive. Great stay and property.

Checked all the boxes

The property was just perfect for golf and sunning--close to many golf courses and the backyard pool and patio was the perfect place for quiet relaxation! The home is conveniently located to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and parks and is well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the management company was excellent.

Wonderful Scottsdale property

This was one of our favorite VRBO properties. Property was exactly as listed - wonderfully staged and all the furniture and beds were so comfortable! So many times vrbos can skimp on furniture and I’d have this in my house. The private intimate pool area was a slice of heaven and the lanai at night was so peaceful. Very quite neighborhood close to all of our favorite restaurants and golf courses. We could walk to Safeway and Starbucks and the property had everything we needed to have breakfast and lunch in. We would love to come back again.
