Very nice condo

Have staid at 5 points before and love this condo and the area is so close to everything, nice pool for the whole family of all ages to enjoy. When we went to blow up the full size mattress provided by the owners it had a lot of holes in the bottom when we turned it over. So I went the next day to purchase another one, other than that snafu it was a very clean and nice place to stay and everything was provided for you. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location to Enjoy Lewes & Rehoboth Beach

The location for this property was excellent, just off the main highway. It was a short drive to Lewes (a charming town) and the beaches. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. However, this property needs some upgrades for comfort, especially the living room and dining room furniture. The chairs were not comfortable and the sofa seating was just adequate, again not comfortable and relaxing. The floors were clean but sticky. The host was very responsive and walked me thru the arrival check in.

Location was the win

The location of this place was the best part about it. We were within walking distance to a few restaurants and a grocery store, and it had access to two pools, a playground, and walking trails. The porch was noisy because of the large trucks on road (I think its next to a quarry), but it wasn't horrible. But we were a short drive to both Lewes and the Rehoboth boardwalk, so the five points community was an excellent location.The house itself served its purpose. We didn't spend much time inside so it was fine for us, but if we planed on cooking every night or spending a lot of time inside it would have been frustrating. The table/chairs were uneven which was dangerous for the age group of my family. The floors were really dirty and would turn our feet black and there was no mop for me to clean them myself. But the two bed/two bath, kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect for our needs. The host was REALLY responsive and super nice.

Definitely will stay again

Great location for Lewes related activities. Two great pools. Very close to a large grocery store, and there are a few restaurants located within the community that are well worth a visit. Tons of parking. The unit itself was large and I liked the way it was laid out. I will definitely return to this unit again if available.

Seawitch festival

Overall the area was great! We loved the little community with restaurants and a park for little ones. The house was clean mostly, but the floors apparently weren't mopped for sometime because the bottom of my toddlers feet were black from walking on them. The condo itself was decorated very nicely, but the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable to relax on. Over all, it was a great little place for a quick weekend down the beach at a great price!

Wonderful location and rental

I booked a last minute trip to just get away for a couple days. No special plans, just getting away. I got lucky and found this lovely condo. When I booked I thought maybe the pictures and description had to be too good to be true, but sure enough this condo was even better than the pictures. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean and a great location. Quiet and peaceful is what I needed and that’s what I got. I never heard any neighbors, and there were no issues. I ran over to the beach on one of the days. Everything is located within minutes of the condo. I would stay here again, and I would definitely book through Evolve again.

No hot water

No hot water upon arrival. After a long drive the expectation was for a hot shower before going out. Reported the problem to the owner who was gracious enough however, could not get someone out until the next day. I managed to get the unit going but only ran for a few hours before dying again. Hope it’s replaced or repaired by now.

Good for families

We enjoyed our stay here, but I think it's probably better suited to families than for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The screened-in porch was probably our favorite part, although it faces a busy street so was pretty noisy - but it was fairly private and the landscaping around it was very nice. The pool wasn't open during our visit, but I think a family who enjoys biking (to take advantage of the trail to the beach) or just wants to spend their day at the beach would enjoy it. The one major thing that was perplexing to me was that although there's great closet space, there's no dressers in either room to put clothes in drawers! The primary bedroom has a media cabinet the tv is on top of, so there's a couple of skinny drawers on that but that was IT! So for underwear, swimwear, socks, etc. you are forced to live out of your suitcase on the floor, which is really inconvenient for travelers spending multiple days. There is ample space in both rooms to add a dresser, I would suggest the owners take care of that for the comfort of their guests. Other than that it was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk to the supermarket was a big plus, and we really enjoyed the Fish On restaurant in the community as well - great outdoor seating!
