Summer & Fall 2026 dates just released (5/10)! Best location for a Lewes getaway! Enjoy beautiful sunset views & watch boats going by on the canal. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach or to town. A short drive or bike ride to Cape Henlopen State park. A 15-20 minute drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, & Milton. Beaches, breweries, shops, outlets, bike trails - so much to do!

This cute 650 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 6 and has everything you need! Renovated from an old motel located on the canal. First floor with access to the canal from the back deck. Washer & dryer in unit. Outdoor pool located on the property (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend).

Master bedroom - queen bed (new hybrid mattress with adjustable base added in September 2025)

NOTE: LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED!! There are blankets and pillows for each bed in the unit. (If you forget or are unable to bring linens/towels with you, there are several local businesses that rent them. Please contact host for a list of businesses).

The apt was exactly as described. The back porch overlooking the marina was great for morning coffee with a small table and chairs. (Including rocking chairs!) the beds were comfortable and there was adequate space for our belongings. We loved the convenient location allowing us to walk to restaurants, shopping and even the local beach. I would stay here again.

There is everything to like about this property! First floor with your car right outside, balcony looking out on the water, plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, walking distance to boat cruises, restaurants, and a beautiful outdoor pool that is kept up really nice! Lewes Beach is a short drive or bike ride away. Bike trail is right up the road. Communication with host, Sonja, is easy and she is very responsive.

Enjoyed our time in Lewes at this canal front condo. The evening and sunset views from the balcony were great! It was nice being on the first floor in an end unit. The 10 minute walk to the beach was doable with a wagon we brought from home. We also walked to nearby restaurants and explored downtown with lots of gorgeous flowers! We appreciated the kitchen supplies for eating breakfast/lunch in and then found many options nearby for going out in the evening.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to beach. About 3/4 of mile. Nice walk to town. Lots of restaurant choices. Irish Eyes and the Wheelhouse were wonderful. Crooked Hammock Brewery just outside town was great. As for the room? It was extremely humid inside and damp. There were no linens. We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets and towels. Not a big deal. I just wish it was noted in BOLD in thei email confirmation sent the day before. And there were no paper towels or enough toilet paper. But overall we enjoyed our stay here. Patio had very nice veiews and loved the location

Thank you for staying with us! And for your feedback! Based on your suggestion, I did try to make the linen policy more clear in the listing and email. I am also now trying to keep the condo fully stocked of TP and paper towels using Amazon delivery. It is a humid climate and the condo is right on the water. We have damp-rids and dehumidifiers but it’s always a battle! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall! 😊

Wonderful location. We really appreciated the balcony overlooking the canal and the proximity to both town, restaurants and the beach. Kitchen was very well supplied with all the gear needed to make meals. Some aspects of the interior are a little worn around the edges, but all in all for the price it was well worth it.

We had such a good time in Lewes! this property has a wonderful location. It is easy to get to just about anywhere you want to go. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony. There was a table and 2 chairs, and 2 rocking chairs with cushions. Even the night I couldn’t sleep, I was out there at 3:00 a.m. and it was calm and peaceful. The premises was well stocked, and had some cool items such as beach wineglasses that you could stick in the sand. The appliances were excellent. There was a Keurig pot for coffee, a tea kettle, and all kinds of dishes and utensils. The furniture was comfortable and attractive. Checkin was a breeze, as was checkout. Our only issue was finding outlets in the main bedroom. There were also several burned out bulbs in the fixture. There was nothing major that would detract from the property. I will definitely come here again.

Thanks Kathy! I’m glad you had a nice stay! Love the back deck as long as it’s not too hot! The main bedroom has 4 outlets. One has never worked and one is hidden behind a dresser despite me replacing it. I’ll get someone to check on the bulbs!

This condo is perfectly located! We were able to easily walk downtown to shop or go to many restaurant options. The beach also was a quick 10 minute walk. We took our bikes and easily jumped onto trails leading to Cape Henlopen or to Lewes Brewing Co. We enjoyed the deck and overlooking the canal, it was a very relaxing getaway!
