Quick family Vacation

We had a wonderful time In Lewes and enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and having two bathrooms was wonderful. It was easy to get to the beach, state park and ferry- only about a 10 min drive. Lots of good restaurants and in a very nice community with a coffee shop, pool, bakery, etc. Cheryl (and her sister) were very responsive to all our questions and we definitely would recommend staying here.

Great getaway!

Loved the proximity to the rail trail and opportunities for biking and running. Nearby grocery store was convenient. Awesome pool and playground in a walkable neighborhood. Cheryl and Jim were very responsive hosts!

One of the reasons we bought a condo in the Villages at Five Points is because of the amenities (walking/bike path, pool, tennis courts, fenced in playground) and the location. Perfect for a small family

Long term rental

We rented this place as a long term rental for our who was in a rotation for graduate school. The owners were very easy to work with and very responsive. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I would highly recommend this place.

We’re so glad that Stephen enjoyed renting our condo and hope he had a fantastic clinical experience. Great place to stay

This was the perfect place for our stay in Lewes. We came to town for a lacrosse tournament and a vacation. The condo was close to everything. It was clean and had a well equiped kitchen. The community was great and the owners were very nice and accomodating. Will definitely stay there again next year.

Nice Vacation Rental!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed for a family of four. Short drive to Lewis Beach, and Cape Henelopen state park beach. Close to decent restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was great and check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay

This was our first stay in Lewes! We loved the close biking trails and this complex was great with a large green space, playground and pool. This is a third floor walk up, which does get tiring with kids and lugging up all the beach things and our bikes but that shouldn’t deter you from renting this property. We would stay here again. Owner very responsive!

Perfect stay for us! We were aware ahead of time that it’s on the 3rd floor but it was super easy and parking was a dream. Pool was great and Cheryl made it all seamless. It’s a good location if you’re going to Lewes, Cape Hen, or Rehoboth close to everything and easy access and the screened porch is really nice. We’d stay here again!

LOVED IT HERE!

This place was SO nice and clean. Close to everything!! We walked to the delicious restaurants, tennis courts, pool, and we went for walks around the neighborhood. Nice!

The owner of the condominium was very responsive toy questions. It was really nice not having to take bedding and towels! The bedrooms were a nice size, with comfortable beds. Having 2 full bathrooms was perfect for our crew of 4 adults woman. The outside patio furniture was really nice! We loved the community pool.

Very nice!

Great place with wonderful balcony. Pool was fabulous. Owners very accessible. Bakery nearby. Only issues was at initial booking, Vrbo shows this place on the map as if it is in downtown Lewes, which it is not. It is near route 1. So just be aware.

One of the reasons we love the community is because of the convenience with restaurants, a grocery store pharmacy as well as a pool, tennis courts and walking/ biking paths to the bay and downtown Lewes. I contacted VRBO and our property is listed correctly on the map, but it may be the way you viewed the location. We are in the Villages at Five Points on the east side of Rt 1 (same side as the bay and Cape Henelopen State Park) and about 3 miles to the bay and downtown Lewes. Awesome condo near the beach

This condo was great! The condo itself is very nice - plenty of space, comfortable furniture, and that screened in porch facing the pond is fantastic. The location is very convenient - the community pool is a few blocks away, and there's a playground in between the condo and the pool. There are several restaurants, a decent supermarket, and a decent beer/wine store within a 5-10 minute walk. Lewes beach is about a 10 minute drive, and Rehoboth beach is a 20-30 minute drive. All in all we had a fantastic time staying here.

Clean Condo, Friendly Hosts

Great condo, clean, amazing amount of space for my family of 4. Host was very friendly, just make sure you place the key fob on the counter at check out, it was left for us on the hooks and we returned it there but it caused a little confusion. The area is not diverse and neighbors not friendly at the pool. Definitely enjoyed the condo & the view of the pond. Thanks!

Perfect

Four of us stayed 6 nights. This condo is in a nice quiet community about 3 miles from Lewes, beach and ferry to Cape May. Condo owners are quick to respond and easy to work with. We had bikes and there are good shoulders on road for biking and many off the road paths (soft gravel and paved) all the way to outlets, Roehobeth and Henlopen State Park. There are bike racks all over the place and at Five Points Village (condo location). In addition, there are beach chairs for the beach! Big perk! Condo is clean, comfortable and everything you need to cook meals. Thanks for sharing your place!!!! We loved it!

Great property!

We loved staying in this condo! Checkin was extremely easy and the unit was extremely clean. It was small, but had everything we needed (so many towels, washer/dryer, etc.) so we didn’t feel inclined to pay more for a location with greater square footage. The beds were comfortable and there were ample cleaning supplies— including a brand new vacuum (I always get a little squirmy when I stay in a place and you can’t even find a broom… but it was obvious these owners took pride in the appearance and cleanliness of their vacation home). We loved the screened in porch and the lovely view of the pond. We made use of the neighborhood pool and small playground. It was extremely easy to get to Lewes beach… a seven minute straight shot. The pictures honestly do not do this place justice— we would definitely consider staying here again!

Fantastic stay in a very family friendly area!

My family and I (husband 2 kids ages 6 and 2) just spent a week at this wonderful condo in Lewes. The owner Cheryl was a pleasure and always available for questions. The check in process was super easy! The condo is a bit dated but very very clean and had absolutely every thing we needed. More than enough room for our family of 4 and just comfortable overall! Adding to that are the wonderful amenities at the 5 points development and the area around the condo which are so perfect for families especially with young children. From the Lewes beach (5 min drive away and the perfect bay beach for young kids) , to the community pool, the water park, and all the family friendly restaurants within a short driving distance, my family and I had such a wonderful vacation! It’s not as crowded as other Delaware beach areas which we really liked and we had the option to drive into Rehoboth for the boardwalk one night but return to the calm of Lewes. We will certainly be back! Needless to say we very much enjoyed our stay!

Recently, we have updated our condo with new plank floors, furniture for our screened in porch, which increases the indoor/outdoor living, and a newer washer/dryer, refrigerator and HVAC. More disappointments than usual

The sunny, well-maintained apartment of the decent size. But three things were completely unexpected and annoying. 1) WiFi is a joke, less reliable than in the rural Nigeria. I had to do some remote work, and it was problematic. 2) The fully operational cement plant sits next to the property and it has been in action every working day and Saturday (but not at night). Our 6-year-old enjoyed the view of excavator and other equipment, but the amount of noise and dust by far exceeded the level that you might expect from a beach community. 3) Quality of tab water is not good, with a strong chemical smell. We could not use it for tea and coffee. Bring extra supply of drinking water with you. Beyond this, only “usual” concerns. When we have arrived, the bath tab was clogged. The owner managed to address this problem in the reasonable amount of time, without much fuss. The window in the master bedroom and the blinds need washing/cleaning. The dust has been so thick there that it was difficult to open the window at night. Finally, I would rate the quality of the bed in the master bathroom not more than C, much less comfortable than a regular bed in a common 3-star hotel. If you have any sort of back pain, this might be an issue.

Hi Lev, Thank you for the review. I’m sorry that you had a problem with the WiFi as you’re the first renter in over 5 years to have an issue with it. Our WiFi is through Comcast and we have an upgraded plan for faster response time. This is the first time we’re hearing about a concern about the drinking water, which we will consider having tested. Lev, we hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather and the restaurants, pools, tennis courts and walking/biking trails in our commmunity. The Villages at Five Points is in a great location, only about 2 miles from downtown Lewes with biking trails to the Lewes Bay, as well as only a few miles from Cape Henelopen State Park and the outlets.
