This completely renovated home was one of the original Colorado Monument homes from the 1880âs and borders the Santa Fe trailhead now on the old railroad grade. The historic views continue with a 5-minute walk to several eateries, a brewery and two distilleries in quaint âOld Westâ downtown complete with wooden sidewalks and storefronts.. This is a perfect location with quick and easy access to regional attractions & outdoor recreation.
Like the setting of a Hallmark movie, this adorable little farmhouse is set back behind a classic white post-and-rail fence, where youâll be welcomed by the sight of a firepit surrounded by six cheerful red Adirondack chairs as you roll up the driveway. A wonderful spot for reconnecting and resetting. Bring your favorite beverage and your best stories!

Enjoy preparing home-cooked meals with a suite of full-size, stainless-steel appliances that includes a refrigerator/freezer, a range with cooktop and oven, and a dishwasher.
