We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Destin condo last week! Everything was excellent, from the location and cleanliness to the beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and spacious layout. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we loved being so close to the beach and having access to the great amenities and pool.One of our favorite things was watching the amazing sunsets! We also really appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our two fur babies along to enjoy the trip with us. Being on the first floor was a huge plus, too, making it so easy to load and unload our vehicle without the hassle of transporting everything upstairs. The condo was a great value, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our time in Destin. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, especially those traveling with their furry family members!Thank you for helping make our Destin vacation so special. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful location and the unit was clean and comfortable. Could benefit from a detailed inspection and paint of interior finishes. New living room furniture would make the unit more appealing. We enjoyed our stay.

Location perfect, beach beautiful, not clean very worn sofa , loveseat, master bathroom shower dirty , baseboards dirty, bottoms of curtains in family filthy. But location amazing.

A lot of mold I realized it is Florida but I had to clean bathtub at 1000 pm when we arrived so my 1 yr old granddaughter could take a bath and go to sleep. The curtains over patio were stained with something so brown. Please change Beds were comfortable laundry room was great. Kitchen is nice but unable to open some drawers or cabinets due to placement of appliances the location is great! We did not bring a pet but dog poop all over outside of patio door. Old satellite connection hanging out of wall very unsafe for small children need a cover to completely obscure BUT We had a great time !! Things to do rain or shine. Restaurants great stores great ! Everyone was kind and pleasant.

It was ok. The floors were dirty had sand everywhere. I don’t think they change the sheets. 1st night went to get in bed tjeee was sand everywhere. The knob on the shower in master bath kept coming off when you would turn it on. Took for ever for the water to go down on the master shower and the sink water too four ever to go down! Also there was a crack in the sliding door in the master bedroom. The sliding door in the living room was hard to unlock! Think you need a new lock put back on! There was mold in the front bathroom on shower wall! The register in the hallway there was a lot of rust that needs to be scrub! Drapes on the living room needs to be clean they were dirty! Thought you might want to get them clean and fix some of the other things! Thank you,

We absolutely enjoyed our visit back to Maravilla. The resort has done an amazing job updating the entire property. The amenities, the new beach ramp that replaced the stairs, the beach setup process and the location of our condo in building 2, ground floor was prefect for our stay. As far of the interior of the condo, it really needs some updating, but you get what you pay for. This condo is one of the lower priced ones we stayed in over the years. The den really needs more than a small sectional. The den tv needs to be replaced. The coloring is off. The second bathroom has some septic issue because there was a constant stink and the commode needs replacing. The dishwasher/disposal has a drain issue because it’s stinks when it runs. As far as beds, they slept great for us. The kitchen was stock with all necessities and the washer and dryer worked great.

The host wasn’t too nice when I told them that the pillows in the bunk bed room I just let them know that the sheets where dirty and the pillows where ripped and they straight messaged me that I was basically wrong when I’m literally holding the pillows in my hands and was told that they could refund me my money and go somewhere else when all the could of said was I’m sorry I can send you some different pillows . Overall not a great host could of done better for something so simple.

Condo was amazing! The location was close proximity to the pool and private beach, which made everything so much easier for our family of six. The pool was great. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived and we felt right at home as we walked in. It did not disappoint. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Direct access to pool and gulf beach across the street. They provided the necessary household needs for the time we were there and the management company addressed any and all our needs in a timely manner.

The best part of this condo was the location. With pets it was very accessible. However, the place could use a good cleaning. There was dust stuck to the ceiling throughout and some mold in the second bathroom ceiling and tile. Also, the drying line in the second shower was broke and there was limited space to dry towels and suits. The shower handle in the master was not secured and the exhaust fan was completely plugged and we had to clean it out to use. The drawer space in the second bedroom was three drawer but the bottom drawer was missing its bottom and could not be used. The kitchen had been updated but the faucet had been put on backwards. All in all we enjoyed our time and made do with the inconveniences.

Great Location & Convenient Access to Pool & Beach

The property manager offered great communication and helped with a few of the concerns we had upon arrival. We've stayed at Maravilla condos several times, and the proximity to the pool and beach were so convenient!
