The kitchen faucet needs major attention ...I walked across the floor with bare feet from the door to the bathroom ..filthy dirty bottom of feet..we had to buy a pan..the ones in the rental need desperate replacement ..the stove is missing a front ..burner...the couch and our bed spread had visible stains...and the last three days the dryer only gave cold heat...someone needs to do a better job of giving this place better attention. We paid 3000 and feel like we got robbed... Cannot recommend it to our friends

House was spacious and has potential but it lacks upkeep. Photos are old as the house is worn. Dishwasher not working but said it was going to be fixed. Fridge doesn't keep cold, door seal is messed up Kitchen sink faucet spits water everywhere and there is no way to adjust the sprayerThreshold to bedroom on First floor with king bed is broken along with doorframe. Bed is uncomfortable and dips to the window side. Other first floor bedroom has a closet door off First floor bathroom ceiling in shower is moldy and evident there is a leakHouse is off a busy street. It's very noisy!!!!!!Patio furniture is broken and cushions are ripped. Master bath faucet on tub is broken - turned on side Second bath room on second floor sink has no stopper and drips Half the lightbulbs are out all over the house Grill is nice but no propane Massage chair leather is ripped Pan in kitchen is disgusting and burned. Light switches are broken and don't work Front door has a gap in it - a lizard came in through it. Towels were in laundry room - had to call to find out where they were. Internet information that was emailed was incorrect Bedroom with bunk beds - the frame needs to be tightened as it's rickety and moves. It feels unstable. Chicken nugget found on floor in family room. Water gauge is leaking outside and smells because it's been there so long.

The house was very nice and clean and in a great location. It was close to every where we needed to go. The beach was only a short drive away. It had the perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms we needed. The patio was gorgeous. I would have gave it a full ratio but there were alot of house essentials the house was missing. There was 3 bathrooms but only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the whole house. No kitchen roll of napkins.No additional kitchen trash bags besides the one already there. No soap in the showers. The kitchen faucet splashes everywhere, it has no other way to change the way the water comes out. The back door was a bit of a challenge to lock. Just to name a few things. Other than that we did enjoy our stay, the owner were very kind.

The place is nice, spacious, in central location and within 15 minutes from the airport. Checkin experience was bad. did not get the code for the lockbox until 2.5 hours after checkin time. Had to call the Evolve Team and involve the owner of the property due to unresposiveness of the property manager. Kitchen is spacious but is very basic. Pots and pans look like they were purchased from a thrift store. WI-FI did not work for 3 days. Again had to involve the property owner.

The house is clean and spacious. To access all bedrooms, guests must be comfortable on steep stairs. Internet did not work the entire 4 days we were there, which means no TVs worked (hard w grandparents and kids). Host took multiple nudges to answer texts (eg, we needed the code to enter the house and hadn’t received it an hour before our booking!). I have booked with Evolve in other cities and all was smooth, but I wouldn’t use them in Sarasota.

Girl weekend

Overall, good experience. When we arrived there was no key in the lockbox and our contact was not answering. However, in the end this was remedied. None of the tvs worked, we couldnt connect to the wifi, and we had to go buy toilet paper. Other than that it was clean, and we could walk to coffe and fast food, or short uber places. If staying longer than a couple days, i recommend bringing your own toiletries, or asking for more.

High Expectations Dashed

Overall our 3 week stay was just ok. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that we identified early on to the host and property manager and only one, a stained comforter, was resolved. The more serious issues included sewer gasses backing up into the house, a cracked wooden frame of a patio sectional and a patio wall sconce light broken from the wall, with a pane missing we’re not addressed. The light, was placed on a flower pot in easy reach of a child. There are also electrical switches that do not work; e.g., a 3-way switch at the end of a 15-step flight of stairs and at least one outlet that isn’t functional. The master bedroom ceiling fan noise made it difficult to sleep and a downstairs bedroom ceiling fan is severely unbalanced. We were compensated for the inconvenience due to these and other issues, but we really just wanted the issues to be addressed in a timely manner. We’d suggest contacting the host to ensure these issues are resolved before renting.

Nice House - clean

I have rented my own condos out in the past plus use VRBO for many rentals. We had 7 adults in this rental for a dragon boat festival. Only in the home for a quick breakfast then dinner before bedtime. This house was clean. It stated sleeps 10 but only had dishes for 6, dining chairs for 6. Kitchen could use more basic supplies for kitchen. Driveway was a bit short to park 3 cars. Neighborhood was quiet and close to stores. We were able to access the house 1 1/2 hours early which was nice.

Family gathering

House is clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The listing said the house had essentials but we had to ask for hand soap and dishwasher pods. We had seven adults and there need to be more towels and toilet paper in the house. We wished there had been laundry soap and Kleenex in the house. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. The listing said you could park 4 cars but that would be impossible. The neighbor hood is nice and was not a far drive to restaurants.

Good place

My family stayed here for a wedding. The house was as advertised, very clean, and the massage chair was great! The only issue was not receiving the check-in instructions promptly—we had to call Evolve while at the property and finally received the lockbox code. The property manager did not reply until almost two hours after the initial check-in time and gave incorrect information about the router (but the information was online, so I could have found it on my own). Parking for the property was a bit of a pain because it is located on a busy street, but there was enough room for a car in the garage and one to two in the driveway. Was expensive but seemed on par with other similar places in the area during Christmastime.
