Our Wamburun apartment is a stylish modern and light filled 1-bedroom apartment close to the city, shops and attractions.
There is a tram station outside the apartment which takes you to the centre of Canberra city in minutes. Dickson, Braddon and ANU is close by.
Enjoy relaxing with our large screen Android TV with Netflix, Premium YouTube and free wifi. This is the perfect home away from home, designed for business travel or for couples travelling on holiday.

This open plan apartment is accessible through lifts, and comes with a range of thoughtful touches to help make an enjoyable stay.

KITCHEN:
This is a fully equipped equipment with:

We provide tea, coffee pods, sugar and a light breakfast.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom comes with a king size bed with linens, wardrobe with full-length mirrors and block out blinds. There are side lamps, USB chargers & spare outlets for each bedside, and a Goog1e Assistant smart clock: "Hey Goog1e, wake me up at 7am" or "Hey Goog1e, play ocean sounds". The bed comes with electric blankets to keep you warm.

LIVING ROOM:
This comes with a designer leather couch, and a large screen Android TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium and Chromecast. You can play your own content with our supplied HDMI cable, and stream content via Chromecast. You can get advice from the Goog1e Assistant in the living room - "Hey Goog1e, what's the weather today?". We provide an air purifier in the living area.

We have a dedicated study desk, 32” 4K monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a chair.


BATHROOM:
The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower. We provide towels for each registered guest, toilet paper, bodywash and shampoo.
The bathroom also features a European style laundry which has a sink, and a combined washing machine/dryer. We provide laundry powder. For the greener option, we provide a clothes horse that you can hang your clothes to dry.

POOL, GYM and BBQ:
You will have access during the duration of your stay to the shared facilities - the lovely 25m heated indoor pool, a large gym and outdoor BBQ areas. Please note that these are shared facilities so please be respectful of the other residents and ensure that things are kept clean and tidy.

FREE PARKING: The cost includes a single undercover secure parking space for the duration of your stay. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2.2m.

NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke.
