-The South Shore Resort is now cashless. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit card for any transactions made at the site.

-The resort will undergo a unit renovations from Apr. 1 - Jul. 31, 2025. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews, and parking may be blocked for staging purposes. Dates are subject to change. Amenities will not be impacted during this time.

-The resort`s playground will be closed until further notice. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews.

-The resort outdoor pool will not open until May 3, 2025. Maintenance on the resort is being conducted and some amenities may be closed. During this time you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

During the winter months, Nevada and California law dictates that all vehicles must carry snow chains.

Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The main pool and children’s pool are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tubs are open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
