This super cute 2-bed, 2 1/2-bath, multi-level townhouse in Courtside Villas has it all. Every convenience has been considered, from the open kitchen concept and washer and dryer to the ample seating options and coastal decor!



Located in the popular South Forest Beach /Coligny Beach area, you are close to everything! Just a short walk or bike ride away to some of the Island's best shopping, restaurants, and, of course, the Atlantic Ocean! A quick 1-minute walk to the pool, a 3-minute walk to tennis courts, and only an 8-minute walk from door to sand!



The dining and living areas invite you in, bringing the beach & comfort together! Step out onto your balcony overlooking the palms and the pool; enjoy a coffee or cocktail to set your intentions for the day. The spiral staircase leads you down from the patio to take in some pool time.

The condo was clean and nicely updated. Everything appeared to be relatively new regarding major appliances. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion is : there needs to be some type of curtain or blinds on balcony door. And a glass storm door on entry would also be a nice addition.

We stayed at Beachy Bliss for a short visit in Hilton Head. It was a clean place with comfortable beds. We had about a 10 minute walk to get to the beach, but it wasn't bad at all. We appreciated the wagon that is available to use, it was very helpful. We rented bikes and were close to all of the biking trails. It was a good stay.

Our stay at Sea You Soon was delightful! The renovated condo was very clean with plenty of towels and starter packs of toiletries + toilet paper, dishwasher + dish soap, kitchen towels and paper towels. The kitchen was well stocked with Tupperware, dishes and silverware and small appliances. Noise from neighbors was minimal and the amenities of the pool and 1 hour of free outdoor tennis court usage was a bonus. We loved that the beach was a short 8-10 minute walk. We highly recommend Sea You Soon!

Loved our stay and very close to all bike trails. We rented bikes and like the bike racks. Loved the sun on back porch and it was very quiet all day. Loved the modern feel and layout was perfect.Kitchen lacked proper amt of dishes, no wooden spoons, teflon pans were all scratched so we used the 2 glass dishes to cook Christmas dinner. Coffee maker didnt get overly hot, master toilet not tight on floor. Very loud washer and dishwasher. Kitchen chairs need felt pads on feet to glide over floor. Master bath door doesnt stay open - hinges need adjusting. Not enough warm blankets for winter sleeping especially in guest room. Garbage disposal & ice maker didnt work. Thank you for so many & higher end hotel towels.

Beautiful 2 Bedroom

Outstanding 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo. The unit has all the amenties needed for a wonderful stay. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and is only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts communicated with us very well and are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this unit if you are planning a 2-4 person excursion to Hilton Head Island.

Home away from home!

Absolutely impeccable! Immaculately clean, spacious, all the comforts of home. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Bathrooms were new, clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensil, dishes, storage containers and cookware. Washer and dryer were great. So close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Definitely coming back and staying here.

Perfect stay!

My family and I (children aged 13 and 15) stayed here at this beautiful condo for 5 nights, and we felt like we were at home, but with an upgrade! Everything was taken care of, from linens to toiletries, dishes, utensils, etc. Coligany was a very short walk or bike ride away, which we took full advantage of, and frequented the restaurants and shops over there! The beach is also a short distance away, so everything was very conveniently located, especially for a family with teenagers seeking a little bit of independence. :) We felt very safe and comfortable having them venture off with each other a bit because again, the location was amazing, and the area is very safe. We were very sad to come home, as we enjoyed our stay so immensely! We will definitely be back soon!!

Very nicely renovated property. Fresh and beach modern. Beautiful kitchen. Would suggest more dishes, glassware, serving pieces and cookware. Ice maker seemed to have issues at times. Dishwasher very loud. Also, beautiful bathrooms. Would suggest more hooks and hanging accessories for bathrooms.

Nice home away from home

This was a nice stay for our family of four. You could tell that the unit had been updated recently and was relatively clean. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the living room couch was not worn out as I have found to be the case in other places we’ve stayed. The kitchen was very nice. One simple thing that I would say was missing is a drain board to put your dishes on after cleaning them. It was nice to have a washer and dryer right in our own unit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. I was thankful for the wagon available to us to haul our stuff to the beach. I would recommend this unit to a friend.

The villa is well-appointed with everything we needed, and super stylish. It’s just an 8-minute walk to the beach, and a couple of blocks from restaurants and shops to boot! We rented bikes and rode them on the beach, and wherever we wanted to go on the island! Even rode over to mini golf! We loved being within walking or shuttle distance to the Frosty Frog for ice cream. :) We definitely recommend, and will stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Nice open floor plan, brand new everything, was perfect for our long weekend on the Island. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach, the seasonal shuttle that picks up and drops off at our door, and the easy stroll to Coligny Plaza for dinner, coffee, cocktails, shopping, everything you’d want or need. We’ll be back!
