The Space:
This 621 sq ft | 57 sqm new and stylish condo and perfectly located within walking distance to just about everything in town! The ocean view rooftop pool is incredible, with a sky lounge and bar area. Perfect for a pool day with plenty of sun chairs and relaxing sofa lounge seating. Plus 24-hr building security, a business center, a gym, and a free underground parking spot to avoid all the new parking meters in town.

Getting Around:
The condo is 55.4 km | 34.4 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) which is usually a 50-minute hour drive, depending on traffic and time of day. If you're not renting a car, you can take the public bus called ADO or hire private transport, as taxis are very expensive from the airport. If you do go by taxi, be sure to take registered taxis only.
Around Playa you can take taxis, walk, or use public bicycles that you can rent at the BiciPlaya stands.
There are 2 ADO BUS STATIONS to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:
- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12
In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.

Other Things to Note:
Because of its prime location, there may be some noise at night from nearby establishments.
Wi-Fi, satellite TV, 1 parking spot, bed linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.
A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not on the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to schedule a cleaning.
For long-term stays (21 nights or more) there is a fee of $45 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service.
There’s an extra charge for additional guests over the capacity of the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
The place is self-check-in using the lockbox to access the door key. The lockbox code will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival, as this changes after each guest.
