This smartly designed studio can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean with resort-style amenities. Located in the heart of Playa within walking distance to the beach, the famous 5th Avenue with cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, also shopping, natural stores, Walmart, and public transportation.
The main spaces of the 3rd-floor 538 sq ft (50 sqm) studio:
- A practical and thoughtfully designed studio that exudes modern minimalism. It features a sunken living room to create a space between the kitchen/living area and bedroom. There's direct access from the living room the the private balcony. It’s a great place for your downtime moments between the beach and sightseeing! A sofa (that opens to a double sofa bed for 2) and 2 Smart TVs too for entertainment or chill nights at home.
- Adjacent to the living room is a cute kitchenette to prepare simple meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for the morning perk up and a blender for afternoon margaritas!
- A high-top bar area with two seats for a nice dining spot to enjoy a meal or coffee and then doubles as a pretty comfortable laptop workspace – if you must! – and we hope you don’t ;)
- There is direct access to a private balcony with two lounge chairs out there to relax, enjoy a coffee, sip a cocktail or read before heading out for the night!
- A plush queen-sized bed and blackout curtains when you sleep in, a built-in closet, a modern bathroom with new features and fixtures, and a spacious stand-in shower.
- 1 free underground parking space for your unit. No need to pay the street meters!

The condo is in the heart of downtown Playa, very close to the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street with shopping, souvenirs, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Great beach clubs, like Fusion, INTI and Thompson Beach House, are just 5 blocks away. And it's just a 3-minute walk from Walmart!
Plus, here are some of our nearby restaurant recommendations:

Getting Around:
The condo is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Syrena Living condo building in downtown Playa. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! Once in town, there are taxis and public bicycles available at the BiciPlaya stands. You can rent by the day or by the journey.
There are also 2 ADO bus stations for day trips to nearby locations:
- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Because of its prime location, you may hear noise at night from nearby establishments **There is a bar across the street that’s open until midnight, which can get noisy. If you’re a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, keep that in mind.**
- Electricity in Playa del Carmen is very expensive, so there is a daily electricity allowance of 20 Kw/day included for short-term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed and turning it off when you leave.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and there is a fee for extra guests.
- There’s a maximum visitor capacity of 4 people. Visitors have access until 10 pm. No visitor can enter after 10 pm.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.
- There’s no supply of food or cooking condiments. All food items are removed after each guest leaves.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed. The owner has severe pet allergies, so this rule is strictly enforced.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
