Toilet paper??? Are you serious?? Well let me address every point you raised in this review. Let me start by the positive; you described the house location as perfect, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and the 7 mile bridge. That’s correct, location is perfect in addition of being on a small private island of only 10 houses very secluded and totally private , very close to Sombrero beach, we actually kayak from the house to Sombrero beach within minutes. The amazing view from the top observation platform is unique, you see the entire ocean unobstructed. You described the POOL as great, CLEAN, heated and in good shape. You are correct, the pool was just resurfaced very recently, new pool heater and an outstanding reputable pool maintenance crew that service the pool regularly every week but will return at any time to address any issues that concern our guests. You don’t need any pool maintenance tools because that’s not your responsibility neither do we want guests get involved with any maintenance, if you had any concerns which you didn’t, you simply could have notified me, the owner... All my guests have my personal cellphone # as well as my wife with 24/7 direct access for any issues. TOILET PAPER: I truly thought initially that was a bad joke. EACH of the bathrooms have a new roll installed and a spare one that should suffice plenty for a week stay, so I’m not sure where this is coming from since you NEVER complained to me about ANY of your negative remarks whatsoever, you even asked for extra beach chairs and we provided you 5 more even though that’s not something we have to provide. BEDS AND LINENS: we have new top of the line mattresses in both king rooms and queen room, we spent $6K on those 3 mattresses and I have the receipt to prove it. Our bed sheets are replaced with new ones very frequently as soon as they show any sign of getting worn, we have never had in almost 10 years of renting any guest complain of any issue about beds or linens. My wife personally supervise the cleaning staff during turnover every Saturday and I know how OCD my wife is about bed sheets and cleanliness in general. It’s true my wife couldn’t be there the day of your arrival because she was sick, but our cleaning crew are regulars, they know what our standards are and we trust them. BARBECUE GRILL: on the upstairs balcony is being cleaned regularly every week by the staff, nobody has ever complained but you, it works as you mentioned, that’s all it's supposed to do.
