Great getaway place.

You can tell it gets used, but wasn't a problem for us. Teens loved the pool. Enjoyed early morning coffee on balcony.

Clean, good view, close to Silver Dollar City, and view of the tree’s off the balcony.

This little condo was cozy, and perfect for our trip to Sliver Dollar City. The kitchen had a crockpot and hand mixer which I wish I had known before the trip. It was very clean. Very convenient to SDC and Branson. You pass a motel when you turn on the road and I was so much happier to be in a condo. My husband and I got our own bedroom and bathroom, instead of all being in one room like a hotel offers!

The keyless entry wouldnt work and the patio table was filthy. Other than that...we love Notch Estates. Ppl upstairs were very very noisy.

Not what I was expecting.

Pro’s: beautiful view, close to SDC, short drive to the strip! Cons: the floors were unlevel, the toilet in master bath ran all night, both toilets too low to ground, floors not sound proof and thought the upstairs neighbors were coming through the ceiling a few times, the master bathroom door would not shut, we had to screw the latch back in on the main door so it would shut completely.

We're glad you enjoyed the proximity to Silver Dollar City and the surrounding area, and sorry to hear about the negative experiences you had here. - Thanks for the tip on the running toilet and the master bathroom door not shutting; these have both been fixed as of Halloween weekend. - Additionally, the front door lock has been replaced with a new smart lock for easier entry. As far as the other issues, we appreciate the feedback. - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s noise are simply out of our control. We do wish you had reached out to us regarding this so that we could have communicated with the unit above. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Overall good. Had some issues with door code not functioning, but did have back up with access to key. Shower doors in walk in shower didn’t slide very well. Exhaust fan in 2nd bathroom wasn’t working. These were not big issues so didn’t cause any major problems. Had problem with Roku, but was addressed and resolved by our host. Otherwise, things were oaky, We would stay here again.

Very dirty feeling

Overall we was very disappointed, the bedding and sheets had fuzz and hair , there was the previous tenants clothes in the dryer , the dead bolt was busted off when we showed up at the room , the baseboards all looked very dirty and caked with dirt and hair . I was just very very disappointed. The owner did come and replace the lock the next day when I contacted her and was easy to communicate with I was just very very disappointed. A trip payed for with my grandma and we was disappointed.

After reviewing your concerns we wish to address the following:-The individual who responded to your concerns was actually the cleaner, not the owner, though we're glad to hear she was responsive and replaced the lock as requested. Just to clarify, the condo didn’t have a deadbolt prior to your stay, so the cleaner accommodated your request by installing one.-The condo is thoroughly cleaned with fresh sheets provided for each guest, so it’s surprising to hear that you found them in less-than-ideal condition. We wish you had reached out for replacements, as the cleaner would have been happy to assist.-The baseboards are also cleaned regularly, but we apologize if they didn’t meet your expectations. Again, the cleaner would have been more than willing to touch up any areas if notified during your stay.-Finding items in the dryer can indeed be unexpected, and it’s possible they were either left behind by a previous guest or were freshly cleaned sheets. We apologize for the oversight.Thank you for your reservation and we wish you well.

Branson Getaway

Notch Estates is tucked back in the scenic Branson West, not too far from SDC (you can hear the train whistle and watch the fireworks from the balcony every night!) Branson West is perfect for those who want to stay away from all the hustle and bustle of Branson, yet it's a short 10-minute drive to the strip when you want to venture out. This condo is gorgeous and the photos depicted are accurate. It's small, but worked well for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. What few complaints we had were minor: there was only 1 washcloth between both bathrooms ... we bought a big package at Walmart during our stay (and just decided to leave them). The mattress is memory foam and not very comfortable; after the first night, my husband and I slept on the couch and loveseat the rest of our stay. It wasn't that big of a deal, but if you have a bad back you may want to keep this in mind. Also, the bathtubs are oddly narrow, so forget about soaking after a long, busy day (the shower, however, has great water pressure.) You can definitely hear everything happening in the unit directly above you. This became a big problem in the evenings/during the night. Despite these inconveniences, we were generally satisfied with our stay here. The price-point fit well within our budget, it was super clean, had beautiful scenery, and close enough to the strip that we could take breaks throughout the day and then go back when we were ready for more.

Cute place and great location

It was a nice condo, great location and overall we would stay again. Only negative is the cleanliness. Although it was not "gross" it definitely could have been cleaner. Fans were covered in dust so we had to clean cleaned them. Top of the fridge, lights, pictures, lamps were pretty dusty. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was pretty good. Mostly just very dusty.
