The Space:

Whether you plan on spending time at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake or seeing shows and everything Branson has to offer, this location is excellent. Avoid the long traffic lines going to Silver Dollar City because you'll be coming the opposite way most of the traffic is trying to get there. Easily access the lake and the Branson strip!

This fantastic condo is set up very well. The comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, well stock bathrooms and huge balcony create a space that flows very well. Want to spend some time enjoying the neighborhood? The location is just across the street from one of the outdoor pools, horseshoe pit, children's playground and hiking trails to the fishing lake. Although the condo is located on a lower level, there is a ramp as well making it wheelchair accessible.

Other Things to Note:

**There is a ramp at the end of the building if you or someone in your group struggles with stairs. Otherwise, there are 18 steps total.

*Minimum booking age is 21.

*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by the Notch Point Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

*Pool hours are 8am-10pm during season.
