Enjoyed our two night stay at this very convenient location to Silver Dollar City. Communication with the host was seamless and the checkin to the unit was great. It was too cold to use the large balcony, however, it has a great view. Premises were very clean and the beds comfortable. Good value for the price.

Comfortable setting away from the commotion of the Branson area, but just 10 minute drive to activities. Simple, clean apartment for 2 people, nothing fancy, a great private balcony that overlooked nothing but woods. A great morning coffee spot.

Great place to stay. Entry keypad didn't work upon arrival but called host and probably was remedied. Loved the balcony. We had everything we needed during our stay.

Great location for SDC

Condo was clean and had a beautiful view. The Vrbo had checkout time listed as 11:00 am, but it was supposed to be 10:00 am. They let us have the 11:00 checkout time without any issues, which we appreciated very much. The couch was very broken in when you sat on either end. There was a little confusion with the 2nd bedroom TV as there is only one remote control to operate the DVD player, but we found out there is no cable TV for that room just DVD's to watch....which my kids were totally happy with. Overall it was a nice Condo to stay in and well lit up at night. Right across from the swimming pool. The bathrooms even had night lights for when you need to go in the middle of the night, and there were floor fans for the bedrooms which we like to use for the white noise. The last two nights we stayed SDC had a fireworks and Drone show that we were able to watch from the back deck, and the lookout tower was lit up in patriotic colors every night (our stay was right after the 4th of July).

Great quiet location, close to amenities

Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and that dismissed any concerns I had about our stay - it was my first time renting a VRBO. It was so nice to not be hounded about buying into a timeshare, which was most of our prior vacation experiences. My favorite part about this unit was the serenity! It was a breeze to get to SDC and Talking Rocks Cavern. Yes, you are close to Silver Dollar City and the marina. Unit has a washer/dryer, fantastic view, DVD player & cable TV, access to a pool across the parking lot and several pavilions with multiple grills as well as a playground for the kiddos. We grilled a couple of nights and hung out around the pool on nights we didn’t have activities. It has a full kitchen, with a full size fridge, so you can make some or all of your meals if you choose. It was amazingly quiet given the proximity to a theme park, the neighbors were all very friendly and the grounds were just gorgeous. I loved going out on the deck and just watching nature happen and that’s not my norm. It is about 15 mins drive if you’re wanting to go to shows, etc in Branson proper but traffic was easy to manage, groceries- there was a grocery store and a Walmart within like a 5 minute drive, again easy to access. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for family fun but don’t want to be right on the strip. We will absolutely stay here again!

Tree Top Get Away

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The view is fantastic. It’s not too far off the strip but away that you don’t have the traffic and noise which is what I’ve come to enjoy when I come to Branson. It’s a 5 minutes drive to SDC and 10 minute or so drive to the outlet mall. Joshua ALWAYS goes WAY beyond being helpful and friendly. I always have a lot of questions when I go somewhere even when I’ve been there before. He answers quickly. Will continue enjoying this place as long as possible.

Wonderful weekend with my daughters and grandchildren! Loved the condo! Just right for our family. The 2 beds in the secondary bedroom was great! The view was beautiful and so close to SDC. Communication was easy and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo!

We loved this place! Quick trip into branson but quiet and peaceful and lovely views when we were done for the day. We could hear the train whistle from Silver Dollar City, that was fun! The porch was our favorite spot, and the pool is right out the door, which would be great in the summertime. I will definitely check here when we need a place to stay in the future!

Best location for Silver Dollar City and Branson West

We were very satisfied with the accommodations and the information provided online was exactly what we expected. The beds are very comfortable, and we loved the balcony which had an amazing scenic vista. There are bar stools instead of a kitchen table but that was fine with us. The kitchen is only big enough for one person to cook in but was stocked with the necessary items. And there is only a couch and chair in the living room so if there are more than 4 you couldn't sit together without using bar stools. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Great Getaway

Our family had a great week staying in this sweet condo. We loved the view off the patio and had plenty of space to all spread out. We also enjoyed the convenience of making many of our own meals throughout the week in the fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for providing a great "home away from home" for our family vacation!

Nice location /amenities

Nice location in notch estates. Pool, playground, picnic area and grills right outside the front. Washer,dryer and plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Silver dollar city was right down the road as well as a walmart for groceries. Parking area is in front of condo and well lit/safe. The hosts were responsive and provided recommendations on places to visit.

Property was cute. Exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend maybe 2 more chairs for the living too for seating if you have 5 people. Host was AWESOME!! Super friendly, very quick responses when I had questions (and I had a lot). Loved it so much will be back this November!!

Mom's Weekend

Four moms needing a "timeout" from our busy lives. This was an awesome little place, tucked back in the trees with an amazing view. Condo was clean and cozy. The pool was nice and just steps from the front door. We loved sitting on the deck with our coffee in the mornings, just chatting and watching the wildlife! Really enjoyed our quiet, kid-free weekend!
