This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the fourth floor. The condo has new beds and furniture. 50" flat screen TV in the living room, with a full size washer/dryer for your convenience.

Soft light colors and comfy furniture make this a desirable unit. The open floor plan kitchen which looks into the dining and living room provide spaciousness for your guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, the guest room a queen bed and twin, and the second guest room has a queen bed and twin.

The large balcony has a new table and four chairs so you can enjoy soaking up the sun without leaving your unit. This unit includes high-speed internet and cable TV.

The 800 ft. fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is a great place to relax ready for your arrival! Two tennis courts are also available on a first come basis.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
