This villa boasts a prime location overlooking the ocean, with easy access to the large oceanfront pool just steps away. The gathering room adds to the family fun atmosphere. Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with handsoap, as well as bath, hand, and wash rags.
Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.

Directions to the beach: out the back door, then straight to the ocean! With two full beds, a king bed, and a queen sofa bed, there is plenty of room for the whole family! Being on the 1st floor, located just steps from pool! Large outdoor space for outside fun in the yard!

Guest Access:
The door code is sent on the afternoon of your arrival. There is marked parking for 1 vehicle (E1) and open parking for your other guests.

Just minutes away, discover the rich history of Historic Downtown Fernandina and the majestic allure of Fort Clinch. Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit
