Cottage #25 features 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. 1 full bath with tub/shower and 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cozy living room with sleeper sofa and fireplace complete the interior of this cottage. Attached screened porch and patio with picnic table and grill are ready to go for your family barbeques!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee, if you booked through VRBO) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee, if you booked through VRBO) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This cottage is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations in Holland, MI and features professionally laundered linens, bath, and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, toiletry samples, and after-hours emergency maintenance services.
