Makellos und außergewöhnlich charmant, liegt dieses Haus nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour vom Douglas Beach am Michigansee entfernt. 900 sq. Ft. Zwei Schlafzimmer. Zwei Bäder. Große private Terrasse, die farbenfroh eingerichtet ist, komplett von Pinien umgeben und mit Pflanzen und Blumen geschmückt.

Der Platz nebenan (ähnliches Layout, aber andere Einrichtung) ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Inseratsnummer für diese Eigenschaft ist 4860300. Es ist ideal für Familien und Freunde, die zusammen Urlaub machen möchten, ohne den gleichen Raum zu teilen.

Saugatuck ist die 'Art Coast', daher haben wir jedes Zimmer mit Originalkunstwerken dekoriert - Stücke, die wir auf Reisen nach Australien und in verschiedene Länder Afrikas und Asiens gesammelt haben.

Bonus! Wir besitzen Eigentum am 'The Hill' in Saugatuck. Unsere Mieter sind herzlich eingeladen, dort zu parken und die wenigen Häuserblocks in die Innenstadt von Saugatuck zu laufen.

When we each walked in, we all had different reactions like “Wow” or “Love this” or “Nicer than I expected”. Lots of time to just sit and relax—back yard patio was so nice—and we were so close to everything we wanted to do: shopping, going for a boat ride, wine tasting, and eating out.

Girls trip

The house was nicer than the description posted. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The deck was very nice for us to hang out and use the hot tub. Something we didn’t know but was very convenient and awesome, the public transportation will pick you up at this place for a 6 round trip fee, just need to call and schedule. Once we found this out it made a big difference so all of us could drink with no worries.

The place was excellent! Clean, nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the large back deck and hot tub. Rode the bikes to Douglas Beach, less than a mile away. Short drive to Saugatuck and Oval beach.

A great place to stay while exploring the Saugatuck Douglas area.

The property was in a great location close to Saugatuck and Douglas. It was a short drive to Oval Beach. The house was homey & comfortable & the back deck was a nice place to hang out.

Thanks for your hospitality!

The duplex was quite comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Food in the refrigerator kept freezing despite lowering the temperature. Great location. Nice deck but hot tub had tepid water. No instructions on Many books and a wide variety on the book shelves. Great location! However, there weren't any notes on places to eat, the beaches, maps, etc. These were easy to find at local stores. When I booked the listing it stated two king-size beds in one bedroom. Since the photo did not show two beds, I emailed the host on Feb 7. Our stay began on June 16. She emailed me on June 11 to tell me that there was only one king bed and one queen bed in the duplex. Too late to get a refund and too late to book someplace with three beds. She was very kind and moved a twin bed into the master bedroom so we would have three beds. Check-in is 4 pm. I called her at 5:30 on the day of check-in to say that I had not received the door code. She was kind enough to unlock the door for our arrival but I still had to text her to ask for the code and for the internet password, which she promptly provided.Overall, this is a great place and we would stay again but the communication could be much better!

Very accommodating and quaint, relaxing retreat. Loved the hot tub and the local kittys cruising about. The environment was clean and spacious as well and close to many local attractions.

Cute house in a cute town

The property and location were great! We were able to walk to Oval beach and to get coffee. Also in a great location to quickly drive to Holland. However the online description is not clear. There are 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has 1 bed. Also the address did not work in Google Maps. However, small things that did not ruin our trip!

Cozy Retreat

The property is just a short drive or bike ride to Douglas, Sagatuk and walking and biking trails. The unit was spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a private patio and hot tub in the back which was a lovely surprise. The property host was very responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Was an OK stay...

Overall we had a great stay. Positives: Super clean!! The backyard was beautiful and serene. We are 2 couples that were looking for a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom for our long weekend getaway near Saugatuck. This unit fit the bill. Less than positive: lack of communication. Texted the owner at 4:15 on the day of check in to ask for check in information. No response. Thankfully there was someone outside when we got to the duplex who asked the owner what the code was. She came back and told us. Homeowner eventually texted me code and wifi info. Code was wrong in the text. The beds were very comfortable; however the sheets in the Master were very worn.

Great place to stay!

We loved the house so much, we will definitely book again! It’s quite roomy for only being 900 sq feet, and the deck provides so much additional space. It’s cozy & comfy out on the deck and there is a hot tub to enjoy. Lots of seating also, nicely accommodating family that came over to see us. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, including every small appliances you can think of. I loved the master bedroom & en-suite bathroom, very spacious and a door wall that leads to the deck. It’s very clean, so I felt very comfortable there. The washer & dryer are definitely convenient, they even had detergent for us to use. The owner was very accommodating and gave us great service when we needed things. Do not hesitate, it’s a winner!!
