Everything about this stay was great! It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and two different pools. It was very clean and we had ample starter items. Plenty of extra towels. The carriage house had plenty of room for the three of us. There was also a couch downstairs but we didn’t have to use it. Great place and would love to stay there again! We were there for 3 nights.

We LOVE Rosemary Beach! This was our family’s 5th visit, but our 1st time to be incredibly disappointed by the accommodations. This carriage house is NOT RB standard! We were really disappointed. The place was shabby to say the least, The price did NOT match the product. We were ok when we were informed the day we arrived that the dishwasher wasn’t working (it got fixed day 2). The management company was ALWAYS VERY EASY to communicate with. I believe these issues fall on the owners caring. A LOT of NOT CARING. Our first day there, late evening out on the beach, came back to the downstairs bathroom shower handle falling off, no way to turn the water on The main bedroom & bathroom were already awful, super small, uncomfortable & in major need of repairs & redecorating. The rest of the house: the kitchen did not even come equipt with salt & pepper, we were given 3 coffee filters for a 5 night stay! The cheap pettiness of this property is ridiculous. They are charging double what it’s worth. If they don't want to stick to the standards of Rosemary Beach, don’t charge RB prices. The blinds & door ledges are covered in thick dust Massive water damage on ceiling & some woodwork. Every time we cooked the fire alarm went off. We only messaged management once because it got so silly, Couldn’t heat water without the alarm screaming. THE HIGHLIGHT: GOOD LOCATION, but not where the listing made it seem it was. Pics & map show ocean side, it is not. But not a bad walk.

Great location within walking distance of beach access, shops, and restaurants. The vacation rental was very clean. Beds were not the most comfortable but overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The location was perfect. We loved being in the town of Rosemary Beach.

We had a great time in Rosemary. We were able to walk everywhere. Walk to the beach only a short distance with the boardwalk outside our house going directly to the entrance to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice carriage house

The location is quite nice. Access to all Rosemary Beach amenities in walking distance - beach, dining, shopping bike paths and trails. The residence is nicely out fitted but I will opt for more square footage next time. It's a little tight for three people especially in the kitchen.

The location is top notch! The beds are comfortable. Understanding it is a rental and there will some wear and tear on the property, however … this property had one too many things needing attention…The carpet on the spiral stairs is a disgrace! As well as both area rugs.We would have enjoyed coffee or cocktails on the deck… no chairs/tableIt couldn’t be too costly to add a full length to the back of a door OR one of empty walls on main floor bedroom… shower rod rusted and curtain beyond cheap…Frying pans need to be replaced… there was ONE suitable wine glass …Only stating this because there is an expectation when it comes to RM BEACH!
