Villa Alcoutri ist eine moderne, komplett klimatisierte Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Bädern im wunderschönen Stadtteil Sunset Crest an der Westküste. Die Westküste besticht durch das ruhigste Wasser, wunderschöne Strände, fantastische Restaurants und die schöne Lime Grove Mall.

Die Terrassentüren führen hinaus auf eine herrliche 16 x 16 Holzterrasse mit einem 7 x 6 Plunge-Pool, ideal zum Abkühlen, und einem Esstisch für vier Personen – perfekt zum Sonnenbaden, für gesellige Runden, zum Essen im Freien und um wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Die Terrasse ist von wunderschönen tropischen Pflanzen umgeben, die für Atmosphäre und Privatsphäre sorgen. Frühaufsteher haben vielleicht das Glück, unseren heimischen grünen Affen in den nahegelegenen Gärten zu sehen.

Unser heller und luftiger Wohnbereich ist klimatisiert, offen gestaltet und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem neuen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche sowie einem Essbereich mit 4 Sitzplätzen. Highspeed-WLAN und Kabelfernsehen sind verfügbar.

Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, eine eigene Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett, einen kleineren Kleiderschrank, eine Klimaanlage sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Der Waschraum ist mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und einem Waschbecken ausgestattet, die du gerne nutzen kannst.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 12 Minuten zu Fuß (ja, ich habe einen gemütlichen Spaziergang zum Strand gestoppt) von den wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden der Westküste, Supermärkten, Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und dem Nachtleben entfernt.

Der kostenlose Zugang zum wunderschönen, nur für Mitglieder zugänglichen „Sunset Crest Beach Club/Beach House“ ist in deinem Aufenthalt inbegriffen. Es handelt sich um eine Anlage direkt am Strand mit großem Pool, Restaurant, zahlreichen Sonnenliegen, Toiletten, Duschen und Schließfächern, die nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Die Strandbar ist der perfekte Ort, um bei Sonnenuntergang einen Drink und einen Happen zu genießen. Entlang derselben Promenade gibt es außerdem eine Reihe weiterer Strandbars, von denen aus du die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Karibische Meer genießen kannst. Bitte beachte, dass der Beach Club gelegentlich wegen Wartungsarbeiten oder unerwarteter Reparaturen geschlossen sein kann. Diese Schließungen liegen außerhalb unserer Kontrolle.

Von der Hauptstraße aus kannst du eine hervorragende und günstige Busverbindung nutzen, die dich in alle Teile der Insel bringt.

Wöchentliche Reinigung und Poolpflege sind in deinem Aufenthalt inbegriffen.

We had such a fantastic stay at this villa! The home was spotless, super comfortable, and somehow felt even better in person than in the photos. The location was ideal for exploring Barbados—easy access to local beaches and restaurants, shops, but still quiet and tucked away enough to feel completely private and relaxed.The host and property manager was wonderful from day one, super responsive, friendly, and quick to help whenever an issue or question came up. You can tell they take genuine pride in taking care of the property and their guests. We'd love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone heading to the island.

Stayed over 4th of July and when I return to Barbados I will 100% stay with you again. The condo is really located in a perfect spot!! There's extras there, flippers and masks... we should've checked but there was charcoal for the grill (lol now there's more because we left a bag) The beach club with pool is great! The beach right next to it has incredible sea life around the rocks. We booked a catamaran but, surprisingly it brought us almost directly back to the beach club to see turtles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PERFECT LOCATION**********

Thank you also to Tina for sharing this wonderful property and for her excellent communication prior to arrival. The property has a lovely deck at the front for lounging and a fully air conditioned interior which is comfortable and homely. The kitchen has everything you might need. The location is perfect with an easy short walk to the supermarket, craft village, restaurants and beach. Sunset Crest/Holetown is a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful little apartment. There was everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The host was easy to contact and replied promptly to our queries. The house manger was there to greet us & run through things. The beds were very comfortable & lovely cool clean linen meant a good sleep. There are shops,restaurants & bars a short walk away & the neighbourhood is residential so quiet. The buses stop at the end of the road so easy to get around. The aircon was a welcome addition & worked perfectly. Kay was a wonderful lady who came to clean pity she wasn’t the last cleaner before we arrived but it was still satisfactory. My friend had a bad skin reaction and Kay kindly gave advice has to which medical centre to use, again this was walking distance.

Excellent and Quiet location

Lovely property and fabulously clean and tidy. Great location, walking distance to beach, bar’s and supermarket. We did have a car but bus stop is at the end of the road 5 minutes away. Villa was is a lovely and quiet area, and everything that we needed. We had a fabulous time and would definitely go back again. The property manager Tricia was also lovely and helpful and met us at the property when we arrived.

December Break

We booked a last-minute flight in December and needed somewhere to stay in Holetown. Tina was very accommodating in confirming the booking quickly and the apartment was exactly as described. Tricia was very helpful with check-in and check out. The apartment is a great location without the need for a car as you can walk to the beach, supermarket and bars, restaurants quite easily. Nice, quiet location

Great stay in Barbados

We recently stayed in the Villa for 6 nights and had a great visit. The Villa was perfect for our needs (two couples). Clean and roomy. The beach club access was nice to have and we enjoyed our time around their pool and beach. We rented a car for our whole visit which made it very easy to travel from Holetown to all areas on the island, including the Friday night fish festival in Oistins. It is only a short drive to the local Massy’s grocery store where we did our shopping for breakfast and dinner items, which we prepared in the villa’s kitchen. The check in and check out process was easy. If we come back to Barbados, we would be happy to stay here again.

Nice house, Good Location

Booking process was easy and Tina was very responsive to all of our questions before we arrived On arrival we were able to check in slightly earlier than expected which was a bonus, Trisha was very helpful and her introduction to the facilities was clear and comprehensive The house is in a good location a few minutes walk from the beach and shops We had a car which was useful but we could have survived perfectly well without it House well equipped and all in working order Air conditioning was excellent The access to the beach club was unexpectedly good, not busy and a great place to see the sun go down. We were sorry to leave and would visit again.

We absolutely loved the villa, the location, and the beach clubThe villa was spacious spotless and very comfortable for our family of 4, It had everything we needed and with AC in all roomsThe location was perfect we had a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and lots of good places to eat, we loved Café Bar Carizma for breakfastHaving access to the beach club was a great plus again just a short walk from the villa plenty of loungers, one of the days we visited the beach club is was fairly busy but the attendant just got out more loungers for us. Bathroom showers facilities are good too. There is also bar where you can purchase drinks and food. Access to the beach is easy just from the side of the beach club.Communication with the host Tina and property manager was excellent very quick to respond thanks Tricia, didn’t get the name of the house keeper, but we returned from a day out and the villa was completely clean again she did a great job,great service. We would definitely want to return again, thank you all for making our stay fun, enjoyable and relaxing.

A wonderful home from home.

My wife and I stayed three weeks at Tina's lovely residence and had a wonderful time. It's in a quiet location which is only minutes from the shops in Holetown and the beautiful West Coast beach. Booking was very easy and Tina was really kind and helpful. The villa itself is extremely well-appointed with everything one could need for an enjoyable stay. A special mention should go to the fact that there are individual air-con units in each room. If you've ever stayed, as we have, in tropical properties where only one room has air-con, then you'll appreciate just how splendid this is. Trisha, the property manager, was so very helpful and answered any questions we had. Likewise the lady who kept the villa immaculately clean. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone wanting somewhere lovely to stay in beautiful Barbados.

Best at Sunset Crest

We have stayed multiple times within the Sunset Crest area in a variety of villas depending on our group size with mixed levels of satisfaction. However, Tina’s villa exceeded all our expectations. I have never stayed in such a clean villa. Kaye the housekeeper has very high standards and is a truly lovely person. The images on the site accurately describe the property. You can walk everywhere. We managed and are 70 plus so very easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Taxis easily available. Lots of information about the local area in the villa. Tricia the local manager was always on hand if needed and very responsive.The outside area is small but again that is shown on the pictures and it is landscaped very cleverly with trees and flowers. The plunge pool was great but a bit difficult for us to get in and out but great for families to cool down in. Very very comfortable beds.This villa represents excellent value compared to many properties we have stayed in.We loved our stay and would recommend unreservedly.We used the beach club again great addition included within the price.

Calm, Restful, SupportedIf I could give more stars for owner and on site staff communications and support, I would love to. Too complicated to explain but on 2 occasions prior to our holiday our plans were compromised for reasons outside our control and nothing to do with the owner. However, on both occasions, Tina’s communications were not only very responsive but went way beyond what we could have hoped for or expected and, it’s no exaggeration to say, rescued our special family Christmas vacation for which we will forever be grateful. Also, on the day of check in our arrangements were again upended for unforeseen circumstances and Tricia and Kay, onsite, also went out of their way to assist us.Villa Alcoutri itself is calm, restful, homely and bright. Just what we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable, great AC throughout, the villa has every facility and accessory anyone would need. The beach club is an amazing bonus too. It is walkable to all the nearby facilities as other reviewers state. Though as British septogenarians with a few health conditions, not used to temperatures in the high 20’s and 30’s the little car we hired was just perfect to tootle around the local area. The guest handbook at the villa is also packed full of useful and very interesting information about the area and the island.We are very happy to recommend not only Villa Alcoutri but also particularly the owner, the booking process and especially communications.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Alcoutri. It was perfect for us.We are a couple in our early 70s and we have stayed in the Sunset Crest/Holetown area of Barbados many times since 1994. The photos on VRBO are very accurate and Villa Alcoutri suited us down to the ground. We felt very safe and at home in the villa which is in a quiet location at the end of a small cul-de-sac. We slept so well in the comfortable bed.The villa was very clean when we arrived. Kay, the housekeeper came to clean the villa twice during our 18 night stay. She is a very friendly, lovely person. We hired a car for the majority of our stay as we like to visit our favourite places around the island. If you don't want to hire a car, you can catch buses or taxis which are readily available. The beach, The Beach Club with its pool and other facilities, Limegrove Shopping Mall, bars, restaurants and other amenities - including Massy Supermarket, Clifton Market and a couple of mini markets - are all within walking distance.Prior to our holiday, Tina was very helpful and friendly and she replied to our messages promptly.Tricia, the villa manager met us at the villa on arrival and she showed us around. She responded to any queries that we had during our stay in a friendly and efficient manner.We would like to stay at Villa Alcoutri again at some point. We will certainly recommend it to our family and friends.Many thanks to everyone for ensuring that our stay was such a happy one.

Location, location location. Sunset Crest area on the West Coast is a quiet beautiful area with everything you could ever need within walking distance. The property is bright and clean with everything you would need to have a great vacation. It's home away from home. The deck is one of my favorite places to relax with a beverage between the beach and dinner before heading out to one of the wonderful restaurants nearby. The plunge pool is always a hit with teens and children. I must admit I also find it very relaxing and refreshing, especially after walking on a warm day.

The deck is my favourite place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage. The tropical foliage surrounding the deck gives it a very private feel. The double doors that open up to the deck, feeling like you are bring the outside in.
