Fantastic location, awesome pool, nice and quiet, lovely view.First of all, the many positives! The location is fantastic: right in the centre of Holetown, within walking distance of the beach, the shops and Surfside bar, but in a very quiet area, which is lovely.The pool is great. Really good for lengths, plenty of sunbeds (you definitely don't have to reserve them - and we were here in the peak season!) and a nice vibe. The apartment was nice. We were in 416, which had a good view. It was a bit tired and very much the original design and furniture. It had everything we needed (after getting some missing kitchen essentials) and was perfect for 2.Janice, the lady who looked after the apartment, was brilliant. She was very responsive, took immediate action and was super helpful.That leads me to the 2 negatives. First, the description of the apartment. We did NOT get the one that was in the photos. They clearly have (at least) 2 apartments, and we got the one that wasn't originally listed (although ours was later added I saw). Instead of the nice white bed, the comfy sofa and the open plan kitchen, we got the brown bed and the older look. When I look at the description now, I can see that they have listed even more apartments, so you need to know which one you're going to get. They are not all the same standard.And the other problem was that it was very hard to communicate with the host. I sent a message more than a week ago and still haven't heard back.
