Trudy, we’re so glad you enjoyed this home, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - We are happy to hear your grandkids loved the pool. We apologize for the miscommunication with the rock slide. Although the slide is shown in pool photos; it is not listed in the pool amenities Though it was not a functioning slide, numerous people used it all last summer as a diving platform and broke the rock on the bottom of the slide. Due to the safety of our guests, we have made the slide inaccessible until repairs have been made to be enjoyed in the future. - We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home between guests. We recently switched cleaners and have not had complaints regarding cleaning since working with the new cleaners. If there is anything we can do to improve please don't hesitate to reach out. We do all we can to make our home the best possible stay as we are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback, and we will look into any problems with the ice maker and outside party lights. Both were working last check. We are glad you enjoyed the pool, and apologize for the lack of towels. Part of the staging is a tote in the laundry room full of large pool towels. I will speak to our cleaners about how they are staging and if they have noticed some missing. We update as the budget allows; this is our retirement home, not a business investment."

We strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience ,and we're disappointed to hear we missed the mark. - The outside lights can be operated by the light switch within the home, since your stay, after hearing your feedback we determined the bulbs had burned out. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and have since replaced the light bulbs to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. - We take our listing accuracy seriously and do not advertise the pool as being heated, we're sorry if you missed that information while making your reservation.
