The place was exceptionally clean and very spacious. It was just the three of us, but the layout would be perfect for a large family. The pool is bigger than a typical play pool, and we really enjoyed watching the nearby horses — such a fun touch! Checking out was easy and the neighborhood is safe. I would aim to stay here again.

The property had all the essentials. The back yard with cornhole was a hit. It was still a bit cool out for the pool.

Upon arrival all carpets were wet, causing floors to be slippery (not fun when you have elderly family staying), had to turn on fans and open all windows, garage door was broken and would not lock so had to lock door between garage and house, not a comfortable feeling staying in a home that was not totally secure. Fan in one spare bedroom was so wobbly we couldn’t turn on so that bedroom stayed wet longer. Spare bedroom tub faucet backwards so took cold shower until figured it out and then almost got burnt. Fan on patio is old and warped so can’t use, self closing mechanism at patio door to pool did not work and no pool fence…thank goodness we didn’t have littles with us…only a couple towels were in the homes, property management co sent towels via Amazon so had to do laundry but only had enough detergent to do 2 loads. Some random guy showed up to fix a blind which we didn’t even know was broke..showed up on wrong day but was rude to me. There is no spices…not even salt/pepper which was shocking so bring your own. I could go on and on. I stay frequently in rentals and have never encountered or had to deal with so much during a short 3 days. The home is nice and fit our family and property management company is extremely responsive and attentive to needs..so if you book just know they will respond with any issues you have.

Good but not Great

Location of this property is easy to access in a subdivision. The subdivision is pleasant, and seems safe should you want to enjoy an evening walk. The home backs up to a large Horse Barn. In the heat of the summer the entire area reeks of manure and horse flies are evident. With that said, the morning hours when it was cooler the smell wasn't as potent as later in the day. We had hoped to relax using the pool but due to the smell we couldn't use the back yard amenities. The home looks exactly like the photos. It's open and spacious providing 2 living spaces to gather plus the large kitchen which was very nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms provided blinds to block out lights. Kitchen seem stocked with needed items to cook etc even having small appliances like a pressure cooker, toaster, blender, etc. Ceramic dishes along with casual dishes were available as well. Our experience had many burnt out light bulbs or lights that did not work but we managed. Reaching out to property manager/ after hours person was less than helpful. Even being told they would not help and promising to come the following day but never came. Problem was never resolved during our stay. It was extremely disappointing. Property lacked any simple cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets etc which made it difficult to even clean up after ourselves on a daily basis. Check in / Check out was extremely easy. Keypad entry was easy to use to come and go. Good but not Great

Family get together

Conveniently located near the rest of the family so it made things easy. Good communication with the host. When we arrived the thermostat was set a little high but locked. I made one phone call and they remotely adjusted the thermostat to my desired temperature and then sent someone out the next day to remove the thermostat lock so that we could control it for the rest of our stay.

Spring break in Phoenix

Great place for my family and parents. Nice central location to everything in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances which made meal prep and cooking effortless. Outdoor area was great. More pool toys and games would be nice but we had plenty to do both at the house and in the area.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for the five of us (2 adults and 3 teens). The pool was nice though we didn't get a chance to really use it since the weather wasn't very warm and the pool did not have a heater. The kids really enjoyed the fact that we backed up to a horse farm and got to visit with them everyday. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We liked that we were within 10 minutes of shopping and restaurants. We did have a few questions after arrival we contacted the host and they got back to us quickly. If we come back to Gilbert we hope to rent this house again.

Nice place, good location

The house is nice and has a great layout. It is in a great location. Good neighbors! The only downfalls to the house that i can see is the pool is not heated, they did not have handsoap for the bathrooms. Overall a great option for a family and I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our soccer tournament stay. It was close to great dining options and not too far from the field. The grocery stores were nearby. The house was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our boys to entertain themselves.
