Wir haben gerade diese schöne Wohnung im Mai 2017 gekauft. Hab im Herbst 2017 einen kompletten Umbau gemacht, sieht toll aus. Genießen Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge vom extra großen Balkon direkt am Strand.
Alles an unserer eleganten und stilvollen Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern wird Sie begeistern. Von der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Golf bis zur neuen, voll ausgestatteten Küche. Sie werden die globale Atmosphäre und den Komfort der Kreaturen lieben. Nichts ist vergleichbar mit einem ruhigen Moment auf dem Balkon mit Ihrem Morgenkaffee oder Ihrem Abendcocktail! Himmel!

Unser Haus ist vor kurzem renoviert worden und verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei großen Betten. Geräumiger offener Wohnraum und großer Balkon vervollständigen dieses tolle Zuhause. Gut für Gruppen bis zu sechs Personen, aber nicht zu groß für ein Paar oder Alleinreisende. Perfekt geeignet für einen Familienurlaub, Winterurlaub oder wohlverdiente herrliche Isolation.

Für hauseigene Unterhaltung sorgen HD-Fernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern und ein 50-Zoll-Wohnzimmer mit über 200 Kanälen. Ein Sony Blu-Ray-DVD-Player und Highspeed-WLAN sorgen dafür, dass Ihnen nie die Optionen ausgehen. Lassen Sie die moderne Küche, den 28-Flaschen-Weinkühler und den Esstisch für acht Personen Ihren inneren Gourmet entfesseln.
Ein Swimmingpool, ein Gemeinschaftsgrill und eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine / Trockner sind ebenfalls im Gebäude vorhanden.

Love the view

We enjoyed our family vacation! Loved being on the beach! Beautifully decorated and even had our own parking spot. Make sure you bring quarters to wash and dry your clothes (3.00 per load). Communication was top notch and easy check in and check out process. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful location!

Property was as described, beautiful, perfect location right on the beach! We were able to swim near dolphins on the first evening, other people said they are out most mornings and evenings! Unit was well-stocked, other than kleenex and pump soaps. Parking was pretty tight, even for our small SUV.

We spent 4 nights here with our 18 and 21 year old. There’s absolutely nothing we would have changed about the condo. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. The beach closet was absolutely fabulous. There’s nothing we needed to purchase to spend our days on the beach. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We cannot wait to return!!! The sunsets were absolutely stunning and we even saw dolphins from the balcony! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous oasis.

Best Condo at the Holiday Villas ll

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view is spectacular and the rooms were perfect for our family of four! We loved the pool and the fact that it is not beach side and we can take a cool down dip in the pool in the afternoon. We will be back again!

Perfect beach vacation

Condo is exactly as described! The view when walking in took our breath away and loved the nightly sunsets. We stayed for a week and loved the fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Rodney was quick to answer questions. Kids loved the easy beach access and pool. A new favorite!!

I can't say enough good about this property!! We stayed here three nights with a total of four adults. Everyone agreed this was a high point of our trip! Everything about this booking was perfect. The check-in instructions were clear and simple, the location was great, the parking was easily accessible (even with an extra car). The owners - Rodney and Connie - were nothing short of awesome to work with and the condo itself was incredibly beautiful!! We really appreciated how quiet it was as well. And the neighborhood had plenty of excellent restaurants and food choices within a couple of miles. Located right on the beach, we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the lovely balcony. There was a large and a small table and four chairs so we spent lots of time on it in the morning and in the evenings. The condo was absolutely stunning!! It was spotless and fresh, and very well-stocked!! It was so roomy and we've never felt more at home (away from home!) I cannot wait to come back here! There was some beach reconstruction going on while we were there (which the owner notified us about well in advance), but we were still able to access the water over the weekend when they weren't working on it, and also just to the north of the property during the week when they were working on it.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist in einem 4 stöckigen Apartmenthaus in der 2. Etage. Vom großen Balkon hat man direkt den Blick auf den Strand. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos geben einen guten Eindruck. Zur Wohnung gehört ein reservierter Parkplatz und von der Garage im Untergeschoss führt ein Lift direkt zur Wohnung. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert.

Very nice condo, view on the sea is just great!

Our stay (5 nights) were great, the condo is in very good condition. Only downside was, that the elevator was out of order for the first 2 days, but that is not in the hand of the owners :) Definetly coming again, 5/5 stars

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! Lots of comfortable seating, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. The only problem, and this is probably VRBO’s doing versus the owners is that, although advertised as St. Pete’s Beach, it is actually Indian Shores. 30 minute drive to the restaurants we go to. Not even St. Pete adjacent. Really need to have that changed.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo is in an amazing location and has so much stuff there to use like beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler, and towels. We truly relaxed at this beachfront escape! The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, and cozy! The kitchen had all the essentials and we especially loved using the grill pan. We were able to use the chairs and beach toys in the unit. The unit is also packed with games and books! This is a perfect stay for families with little ones. Rodney was so helpful when we were checking in and the process was pretty simple. We spent most of the days at the beach but also enjoyed the pool. It felt like a home away from home for the last few days!

This spacious beautiful condo overwhelmingly met our needs. There was more than enough room for the six of us. The unit was extremely clean (btw-I am a “clean freak”, so this was very important to me). Any possible items we could need to cook meals was available from cooking utensils to pots and pans. (My husband stated this was the first condo we have stayed in that had a decent sized skillet to cook breakfast for 6.) The location was superb, as the beach was not crowded at all, and we did not have to run out and set up at sunrise to stake our ground (like we have always had to do on 30A). It was also a huge help that 6 brand-new quality beach chairs and a cooler were provided. The location was also located near a multitude of nice restaurants and grocery stores. Rodney was very helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. If you are looking for a non-crowded beach getaway, this is the perfect place.
