Alicia, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave us such a detailed review of your stay and feedback. First off, thank you for your compliments to our condo overall, it is our wish that every guest would have a comfortable, relaxing, fun, beach vacation. We're very sorry to hear about the trash, our cleaning team has been notified that this is not up to our standards at all. As far as the key issues go, we can't apologize enough. That's terrible to have to wait that long. I understand there's been issues with new key pads having to be installed, per the lock company. That being said, you should never have to wait that long for a physical key to arrive, I assure the staff is very competent and we have already expressed a need to discuss this further with them. Thank you for your patience, and we do hope you and your mother had some enjoyable time on South Padre Island. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
