- Please be aware pool is not heated. From October to April, water temperatures can be cool. The pool is available year-round, but most people find the water temperature too cold for swimming between November and March
- There is a burn ban imposed by Maricopa County in place from May to September. Fires are not allowed from May to September or when notified of the city or county burn ban
- A portable crib and high chair are available upon request. If interested, please reach out to the Guest Contact after booking
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 Ring exterior security camera located on the front of the house facing the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
