The host was excellent and very responsive. The home is beautiful, located in a great neighborhood, and exceptionally clean. Although we did not have the opportunity to use the pool, every aspect of the home made our trip much more enjoyable. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit our daughter in the future.

Lovely property! Perfect for our family vacation. Pool was amazing and fit the backyard perfectly. Communication was clear and check in was a breeze. Great location. Loved that all the beds were King size. Mattresses were especially comfortable- actually helped our back pains! Fully stocked kitchen amenities/spices/blender/etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! Everything was very clean and the pool was a great bonus. The location is convenient and close to stores, restaurants, and the highway. We loved the layout of the home too. The couch is very comfortable and the reclining seats made it even better. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. Sandi was wonderful with communication and had the home well stocked. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Great place for family get-togethers

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. Nice neighborhood, close to parks. Very nicely decorated, warm pool in back with grill and area for entertaining. Lots of room to invite family over for dinner. We appreciated how well-stocked the property was. Owner was very keen to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

The house was fantastic - located in a great, quiet neighborhood, plenty of grocery stores and food options in the immediate area. The property itself was extremely clean and well kept. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had no issues upon check in. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

I took my mom for her 1st time to AZ, we visited different places. Best liked for her was Sedona of course. Just beautiful. It was an amazing trip, the house was just so beautiful. The decor inside was also so beautiful. Enjoyed the pool, that was a plus. And the owner was just so attentive and made contact several times to make sure everything was going well. Definitely staying in this house again in the future.

This beautiful home was well stocked. From pool toys, to kitchen wares, to base pantry products, and linens, we wanted for nothing. A couple small problems came up during our stay and the owner was promptly responsive and supportive. We were impressed with the absence of extra pet fees. We’d highly recommend this place to others.

Beautiful home, great location!

Clean, well kept, comfortable and lovely decor as well! We visited as a group of middle aged female friends for a girls getaway trip. We had a great stay and hope to make a repeat visit next January. Our host Sandy was very friendly, helpful and prompt for the one occasion we happened to need her assistance. Highly recommend!

Just the right size for us, comfortable and the owner is very responsive.

We stayed here while visiting Phoenix to celebrate the first birthday of our twin grandsons and Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us. Big enough to be comfortable having 4 adults and 4 children for dinner but so big as to be overwhelming. The owner is quite approachable to work out logistics. She really wanted to ensure that we had the best possible stay and we were grateful for that. She also put in a pool heater which allowed us to swim with the kids which they loved. The location is perfect for us because it was close to family. It is also close to many recreational areas with hiking trails such as Lookout Mountain and North Mountain. Highly recommend this home

The perfect house and host!

Everything you would want for a perfect vacation! House was in a wonderful subdivision,near all kinds of shopping and close to places to visit(Sedona 1 1/2 hrs,Scottsdale 1/2 hr,ballparks for spring training 1/2 hr)Mesa airport was 50 mins away. House had everything you would need…shampoo,paper products and dishwasher and laundry detergent, Pool was unheated…unfortunately the week was cool and we were unable to use the pool. Host Sandi was attentive and checked in mid week to see if we needed anything…returned a phone call immediately about the wifi You will be very happy to rent this house,definitely will rent again!

If you are needing anything I haven't provided I can do my best to acquire it to make your stay amazing! I am local so I can respond quickly to any requests or issues may they arise.
