House Rules We want you to have a wonderful time, but please respect our neighbours and local council laws.
Strict No Party Policy: The Mornington Peninsula council has strict rules. No loud music day or night, and guests must move inside by 11 PM.
Bookings: absolutely no 'Schoolies' or bucks parties of any kind. Hens parties are considered by application only—please message us with your plans first.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please keep them off furniture and beds, and ensure all traces of your furry friend are cleaned up before departure to avoid extra cleaning charges.
