Deceptively large, architecturally designed, modern farmhouse style home with solar heated pool. This home has the size, location, and premium amenities to comfortably accommodate 1-2 families for a quick recharge or a more extended holiday. Made available for short-stays since its late 2018 construction, visitors have consistently rated the property 5 stars across a number of booking platforms.
A fully tiled, solar-heated pool (September - April) is excellent for entertaining the kids while the family enjoys the large deck with outdoor dining. There is a covered terrace area with lounge seating and a built-in bbq, whilst a fire pit area provides for a relaxing end to the day.
Parties or functions are not allowed at this property.
All the creature comforts are provided for in this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, with two generous living areas providing space for escape and relaxation. The designer kitchen is well equipped and, combined with a large island bench, separate dining and spacious living, is a great spot to spread out and enjoy your holiday. Full-height glass sliding doors open up to the north-facing deck, allowing you to combine indoor and outdoor living in true resort style. The home is kept cosy on cooler days or nights with a wood heater, reverse cycle heating, and cooling throughout.
In terms of entertainment, there are four smart tv's with a range of streaming services included, whilst the two living rooms are also equipped with sound bars and DVD players. Various DVDs, board games, books, and magazines are available for guests.
The home is set behind a beautiful native garden on a quiet street. The nearest beach is within a 5-minute walk, the pier a short stroll, and a less than 10-minute flat walk takes you into town where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, and the local pub.
The town of Flinders and beyond has a range of amenities and attractions to suit all types of breaks. If you enjoy surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling or scuba diving, fishing or rock pooling, these are all activities you can enjoy in the area. Why not have a round of golf or visit one of the local markets, then enjoy a meal at one of the many wineries, restaurants or cafes only a short drive away.
Maximum guests: 8 persons. Quality linen and cleaning services. Beach towels are available upon request at an additional cost.
