We LOVED this condo so much! It was very clean and situated right on the beach. The pool was also great and had a kiddie pool and a couple hot tubs to choose from. Everything about the condo was perfect. We will absolutely be staying here again next time!

Great, clean condo with well stocked kitchen (thanks for the coffee), seconds away from the beach, beautiful pool/grounds and balcony view. Will visit again!

Great spot right on the beach

This is a very nice condo, with easy access to a private beach. We had plenty of coffee, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Every morning we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun having coffee, and we walked on the beach every day too. Having a private beach that is clean and separate from the huge crowds is really a plus. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Overall I enjoyed the stay here very much. The owners of the condo were very good about communicating and provided detailed instructions. The location is convenient. The suite itself was a litte on the small side for a family of six, but it was nice and comfortable. Good time.

Good for the price!

The location to the beach is nice and stores are close by. The pool is heated and is a nice change up from the beach. Everything inside the condo was nice and convenient. Tip: make sure that you get the text message from the host before you get to the guard gate to make the check in process easier.

Decided to spend a few days in Galveston prior to a cruise. Location is great, you can walk directly onto the beach. Pool is heated so could be used on some cool, overcast days. View was good, looking at a portion of the beach. could watch the sunrise.

Perfect direct access

Great place to stay if with kids and you don’t want to walk across the busy Seawall Blvd! Had everything we needed. Condo was nicely decorated and cute. Still close to everything but away from the heart of the busyness. Kids loved the bunk beds (even roomy for an adult). Property amenities were clean and well maintained.

Wonderful place!

My daughter and I stayed at this condo while we were searching for apartments for her move to Galveston. We had a great experience here. Many of the hotels/condos were not directly on the beach, but rather, you had to cross a VERY busy road to get there. At this condo, we could sit on our balcony and watch all the beach activity. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was a quick peaceful walk! The pool was nice as well! This condo was nicely decorated, well appointed and very comfortable for us!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This condo was perfect for my family’s quick Galveston vacation. The mermaid decor gave the condo a truly beachy feel. The views of the beach were great from the patio and living room windows. The best part of the condo was by far the location. It was so nice being able to walk over a private boardwalk to a more secluded beach instead of having to deal with walking across a busy street to a packed beach. The beach equipment and toys provided in the condo were an added bonus. We didn’t have to worry about packing chairs and tons of toys when making the road trip and my daughter loved playing with the shovel and buckets provided. The outdoor showers and pool were also nice amenities at the condo. The location was also close to all the attractions in the area. We had a great time during our stay at this condo and will definitely be back.

Sunrise Dream

This condo has a balcony that faces the sunrise. It was fabulous for watching the amazing sunrises each morning with our coffee. By noon the balcony had shade so it was great sitting out there again all afternoon and evening with no harsh sun beaming in. We had 2 adults, 2 twelve year olds and a 22 month old in this condo. It could get a bit tight at times but we made it work ( with only one bathroom to share). Kitchen had all necessary equipment and supplies. Closet had beach chairs, umbrella and toys that we appreciated and used. Seascape is so great because it has a wonderful pool and terrific access to beach.

Cute room

Room was decorated nicely and was clean. Handle on shower was broken and was a little difficult to use. Was told the code to the room would be the last 4 of my phone number…code never worked and had to call to use someone else’s code throughout our stay. Screws fell out of the door handle to the balcony, reported to manager and never received response. On our last day the keypad to the room stopped working completely and we were locked out of our room until I was able to get ahold of someone. Not fun after a day at the beach with crying kids standing outside of our condo but can’t get inside! Have stayed at seascape every summer for 22 years and never had any problems. This was a last minute booking and I won’t book this room in the future. We LOVE seascape and will be back next year, just not at the “mermaid crossing”.

We were looking so forward to our stay based on others reviews. The place was filthy. There was blood or something of its sort on the towels, pillow cases and comforter. There was hair everywhere like the place had never been swept. When I got the broom out to clean up sand (from us) there was so much hair on the broom it took everything in me to clean it off. Every dish we took out had to be washed and thankfully we brought paper plates with us as when you open the cupboard you can see dried food on the plates. The dishwasher silverware holder is melted with many homes so very difficult to get the silverware to stay. The glass kitchen table I’m not sure had been cleaned as there was found on it. The neighbors were smoking marijuna on the balcony which is annoying to smell when your try to enjoy the balcony. For the price we paid I’m very disappointed in the units up keep. The good - Great location to beach. Kevin, the security guy was very friendly and helpful, Chrystal was very helpful each time we needed her. The king bed and bunk beds were super comfy if you like soft beds. The view was nice.

Quiet Beachside Get Away

This property is a gem of a find. Just the right size for a weekend get away to a quiet area of the Galveston Island Beach while still being close enough to restaurants and entertainment. The property is well maintained and the condo is updated and refreshing to use. We had a view of the beach from the balcony which was great for the evening. We had a very relaxing time for our sister get away! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

This place was exactly what we needed! Many small details thought of- the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The property itself was very nice and the access to the beach was perfect! It rained while we were there and the view from the balcony was amazing to sit and relax and enjoy the waves and storm. We will definitely come again and again! The location couldn’t be better!!
