About the home
"Back Beach Beauty" is perfect for families wanting access to Smiths Beach and for groups attending events at the nearby racetrack. Some of the many features of this delightful home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs is a good sized living room (with smart TV & Apple TV), main bathroom (with shower & toilet), bedrooms 2 & 3 (both with BIR) and a separate laundry which provides access to the garage. Upstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with smart TV & Apple TV), second bathroom (with spa bath, shower & toilet) plus the Master bedroom with BIR.
Outdoor Areas
There is a double door garage - one door for a full sized car, the other for a small car (with a fuzbol table and rear rollor door to access the yard) plus internal access through the laundry. The downstairs covered veranda and the upstairs fully covered deck (with BBQ, a second fridge, 8 seater table, couch and bar seating for 6) overlook the enclosed yard - perfect for children and pets alike. Pets are welcome inside too but not on the beds/furniture. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach and a firepit to enjoy (please bring your own wood).
Kitchen
The fully appointed upstairs kitchen is equipped with all standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge (plus a 2nd fridge on the deck), dishwasher, 600mm electric oven and induction cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in both living rooms and all the bedrooms, plus two ceiling fans in the upstairs living room and one in the downstairs living room.

This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed and One Double bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Double bed, One Single bed
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
