This is on our shortlist to return. The property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for for our family vacation. The pool area was incredible! The TV's were everywhere and SO EASY to log into our accounts on every streaming service necessary. Easy to logout of as well. Every room having its own full bathroom...goodness!! We felt absolutely spoiled!!!! It literally had EVERYTHING. We will absolutely be back, with more people to enjoy this place with us. And the host was very easy to access and responded almost immediately every time I reached out about anything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Fantastic 2 weeks near Disney

Lovely spacious house, modern, comfortable, and everything you need for self catering for 2 weeks. The outside space is great - lovely pool, and the large gas BBQ is a real positive. A minor issue with the pool on one day was sorted immediately.

LOVED our stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Launchpad's Landing and loved our stay. The kitchen was VERY well equipped for making all of our meals there - best set up we have had so far! There were a few things that broke or were broken - and they were attended to right away! VERY quick response times from the management company and they were so nice and thorough! We loved having the pool heat and BBQ included with our stay! The pool was nice and warm and we also used the hot tub multiple times a day! All in all, we loved it!

Good For Grandparents and Grandkids

The house was an excellent place for three generations. It is a convenient location for those who like Disney and other attractions and a nice place for the grandparents, who dislike the crowds and waiting in lines, to hang out keeping the hot tub ready for the Disney crowd when they came home. The on-site water park and the house game room were great places for all three generations. Very well equipped.

Perfect vacation

Rented this house with my family of 5 just in April and this property was everything and more. The proximity to and from the airport was perfect as well as getting to and from the disney parks. The house was fantastic the outside space was perfect. There was also lots of shopping and dinning nearby. The house itself was very clean as was the gaited community. I found the registration on the first day to go very quick and only used the community pool once but it was very clean and nice as well. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Windsor Hills is great.

We have stayed at Windsor hills many times now and this time didn’t disappoint. The house was great and the owner Jamaila was excellent to deal with. The only NEGATIVE about this trip was the property manager, SIGNATURE VILLAS ORLANDO. Steve was very rude, obnoxious and evening threatening. I don’t recommend anyone staying at a property that this guy manages. It took four days for the property manager to fix a broken screen around the pool so we had to deal with bugs and squirrels inside the pool area. Jamaila was great and kept on him to have the issue fixed. This is a great house and I would recommend staying here if they changed property management companies.

Hi Jason! We’re so happy you enjoyed our home and Windsor Hills despite the issues with our local property manager. Thank you for letting everyone know that we did everything we could staying on top of him to try to get those issues corrected as soon as possible. I know it doesn’t help after-the-fact, but Steve had a family emergency during your stay and when we asked him to touch base with you immediately for safety's sake regarding your covering up our security cameras against house rules, he was in the middle of several other issues, so I apologize for his approach and have discussed it with him. We do appreciate that he is absolutely concerned about the safety of our guests and our home at all times! He is normally much more responsive about repairs, and I am confident that you will be much more impressed on your next stay with us. Thanks again!

Some Serious Disappointments

Exterior of property is very neglected. The landscaping is cut weekly but no detail work is done. There are weeds growing through the pool area. The patio furniture was filthy and visions completely stained. The string lights didn’t work. Only 1/4 of the string lights worked. The mini split a/c system in the game room did not work, I called property manager the day I arrived and was told it would be repaired. It was never repaired nor did anybody even show up to look at it. The rear door alarm started going off in middle of the night. It scared all of us because we didn’t know what was happening. The door contavt fell off door and I had to attach it with a bandaid. The interior furniture in living room was very old and very worn out. The cushions were no longer holding shape and were badly stained. There is a nice outdoor grill area with an outdoor refrigerator. The refrigerator did not work. During the stay mid week , mid day two men entered the home and was met by my 15 year old son. They said they were pest control and said they can perform service or reschedule. This was a bit bizarre and alarming. Upon arriving there was no iron but I contacted the owner and she had a new iron sent over and delivered the next day. Other than that the stay went well. If you can live with these few complaints it is a great place to stay for the money.

Thanks for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. Our team did come while you were out and completed the repair to the mini split within 1 day of your call - our property manager verified that the unit was working both on the day of repair and after your departure; I’m sorry you didn’t try it out again before reviewing! In the future, we do recommend that our guests report any and all issues during their stay, as our property manager is happy to come out anytime! As you didn’t let us know about issues with the outdoor fridge or lights, he was unable to fix them for you (both quick fixes of tripped outlets from storms during your stay). The pool alarm sensor unfortunately showed signs of being tampered with during your stay, which may have caused the adhesive to fail - it has now been fully resecured to the wall! We do thoroughly check our door sensors before and after each stay for our guests’ safety, and remind our guests that tampering with a pool alarm is illegal in Florida. I appreciate the heads up about our living room furniture, and future guests will be glad to hear that it is being replaced this summer. I am very sorry that our landscaping isn’t to your taste; we designed it to our family’s tastes but not everyone likes what we do! We will reinforce our pest control team’s training - they always knock but we will make sure that they check more thoroughly to make sure that the home is fully empty before entering for scheduled treatment! Thanks again!

Launchpad Landing was exactly what I needed!! After a drive from Atlanta, my family and I were excited to pick our own rooms and then change into our bathing suits for the pool! The water was the perfect temperature and so relaxing. We enjoyed the full kitchen with the appliances and dishes, the game room, and the fact that no one had to share a bathroom! My main suggestions would be to update the lanai furniture, take more care of the weeds coming through the outdoor tiling, and either replace or get rid of the outdoor games (the cornhole pouches and connect four definitely have seen better days). The outdoor tv and BBQ grill were welcomed attractions for a long weekend! Overall—the house was modern, nicely decorated, mostly clean (we did find a candy wrapper under a bed). Comforters could use some laundering and the mattresses were a bit hard, but not a deal breaker. AC worked well throughout the house, and having a ceiling fan outside was great. We never did figure out how to get the outside speakers turned on to connect, but we had our own. We will definitely have no problem returning!
